核心职责 As senior Design engineer in YMTC Shanghai Design Team, you will be responsible to design the analog/Mixed signal circuitry with the state of art 3D NAND Flash Memory technology. You will work with different function groups not only inside design department but also product engineering, process integration, marketing to deliver the memory products. Responsibilities: 1. In charge of multi-voltage domain power supply system for NAND VLSI SOC 2. Responsible for high voltage system design for 3D NAND Memory, including positive and negative pump design 3. Power Supply for high speed IO include LDO and DC-DC converter 4. Power Grid for state of art 3D NAND VLSI design 5. Reference system design for 3D NAND VLSI including bandgap, Power loss detector and power loss management 6. Guide Layout Engineer for floorplan and layout performance improvement/ die size optimization 7. Conducts evaluation of design results by laboratory measurement of ICs 8. Reliability analysis and design solution for 3D NAND reliability issue 9. SPEC definition of the analog circuitry to meet the product requirement 10. Design for testing circuitry 11. In this role, you will engage and support design-in projects with major China OEM customers, focusing on integrating NVIDIA’s world-class networking portfolio (ConnectX, BlueField, and Spectrum Switches). As a Solution Architect, you will act as the technical bridge between NVIDIA engineering and our OEM partners. You will guide customers through the integration of next-generation networking into their server and storage platforms, ensuring seamless compatibility, performance optimization, and successful mass production. What you’ll be doing: • Lead OEM Design-in & Integration: Work closely with OEM customers to integrate NVIDIA networking products (e.g., CX8/CX9, CX6 Dx, BF3 DPUs) and Switch platforms (Spectrum-4/6 Blackbox & Whitebox) into their server lineups. • Architecture & Customization: Understand customer requirements to provide system-level architectural guidance. Lead technical discussions on system topology, thermal/mechanical constraints, firmware customization, and sideband management (NC-SI, PLDM). • System Bring-up & Support: Support customers during the bring-up phase of new server designs. Diagnose complex system-level issues involving PCIe, BIOS/BMC, firmware, and OS/Driver interactions. • Performance Optimization: Guide customers in optimizing network performance for AI, HPC, and Cloud workloads, ensuring the best integration of NVIDIA NICs and DPUs within their specific hardware environments. • Crisis Management: Handle in-depth hands-on engagement with customers to resolve critical technical blockers during the NPI (New Product Introduction) and production phases. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with NVIDIA worldwide hardware, firmware, software, and product teams to drive customer requirements and resolve issues. Act as the technical advocate for the customer within NVIDIA.
As a Senior Optics Design Engineer, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer products. You will work closely with an internal interdisciplinary team, and outside partners to drive key aspects of product definition, execution, and test. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. In this role, you will: • Work with a component engineering team and product engineering team to provide rapid prototyping and characterization of optics or imaging systems • Provide support for modelling and design for prototyping and manufacturing of lightguides and lenses. • Use software tools (LightTools, Zemax etc.) to model system optics characteristics • Work with cross-functional team to draft component specification, design reviews, work with vendors to manufacture parts and validate results by specifying test parameters and methodologies • Communicate and manage overseas component manufacturing vendors A day in the life As a senior optical design engineer, the day begins with reviewing simulation results from the latest lens design iteration. I analyze optical performance metrics like sharpness,aberrations and image quality, ensuring the design meets specifications. Meetings with cross-functional teams follow, where we discuss project timelines, material constraints, and integration challenges. Afternoons are spent refining models in Zemax or CODE V, testing prototypes, or collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless production. Occasionally, I mentor engineers, reviewing their work and offering guidance. The day wraps up with documenting progress and planning next steps for future optimizations.

What you’ll be doing: • Build internal profiling and analysis tools for AI workloads at large scale • Build debugging tools for common encountered problems like memory or networking • Create benchmarking and simulation technologies for AI system or GPU cluster • Partner with HW architects to propose new features or improve existing features with real world use cases
