• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a strong plus with 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with a strong preference for enterprise networking, data center infrastructure, or high-performance computing (HPC). • AI/Data Center Expertise: Deep understanding of AI Factory architecture, Ethernet/InfiniBand networking, and GPU-based computing solutions. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.As the Senior Segment Sales Manager for Networking Industries, you will be the "Go-To" person for driving NVIDIA Networking revenues across China key industries. You will be responsible for the business outcome and work cross-functionally to ensure the seamless execution of our sales strategy. What you’ll be doing: • Own networking revenue targets and business leadership for key China industry verticals. • Partner with Account Managers to energetically drive the NVIDIA Total Solution and increase the GPU-to-Networking attach rate. • Collaborate with the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) to capture market share and identify new growth engines. • Train, shadow, and equip vertical sales teams to confidently navigate the networking sales cycle. • Serve as the primary "go-to" expert bridging local field teams, key customers, and global HQ. • Align with HQ IBD and Product teams to introduce new roadmaps and local market strategies. • Ensure flawless quarterly execution, maintaining strict Salesforce (SFDC) hygiene against a 4-quarter rolling forecast. • Oversee local forecasting to align with global supply and prevent fulfillment gaps. • Build scalable processes with cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline generation and predictable revenue.
