As the role of Product Engineer, we expect you could be self-motivation, creative thinking, and good communication skill in English KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with North America team on product yield commitment, engineering activities during product development stage including design validation, performance, characterization, qualification and release to production. Manage the flawless test and process execution when introducing new products and their ramp to volume production in manufacturing partners. Lead sustaining yield activities which include driving product performance and margin improvement by working closely with our operations and development teams. Lead cross functional teams and maintain committed schedules on multiple projects while interfacing with other engineering disciplines & various levels of management.
工作职责
THE ROLE: Product Engineering is a cost, quality, and time-to-market driven team responsible for enabling the availability of microprocessors to our customers. Pre-silicon responsibilities for the Product Engineer include understanding product features, developing characterization test plans, highlighting test coverage holes. This requires interaction with Design, Test and Platform Engineering and allows for the opportunity to provide enhancement feedback for future designs. Post-silicon responsibilities include microprocessor debug & analysis and the execution of characterization plans. This may include silicon performance issues, yield issues, manufacturing processes, and device marginalities. The Product Engineer will work closely with Design, Test and Platform Engineering to root cause issues that result from the debug, characterization and margin analysis. The Product Engineer will also provide datasheet specifications and drive improvements in yield.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - PE THE ROLE: MTS Product (Yield) Development Engineer to play an import role of improving yield and optimizing cost of AMD products, have chance to involve in advanced processor development technology, data analysis and test method, and work with “world class” semiconductor engineering teams all over the world

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - SLT THE ROLE: Asia test program owner that governs system and platform level test insertions, developing and optimizing test program, supporting production bring up, sustaining, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices. Working with regional teams extensively including product management, product engineering, NPI, software infrastructure team and hardware infrastructure team on the test solutions optimization.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - ATE THE ROLE: Asia test program owner that owns both wafer sort and final test insertion, developing and optimizing test program, supporting production bring up, sustaining, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices. Working with regional teams extensively including product manager, project management, product engineering, DV, NPI, platform, software infrastructure team and hardware team on the test solutions optimization.
