The person who has got passion and interest in semiconductor especially in microprocessor field, fast- learner and with good communication skillsets, the person who ‘s creative, think out of the box. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Independent ownership of product yield management, identifying yield opportunity on ATE and system level test, material and hardware, etc. manage and drive yield improvement, Analysis, debug, implementation plans. Product definition, bonding box, silicon characterization plan and execution, analysis Test point optimization across Test flow-– frequency, voltage, variable voltage method Fab Targeting – analysis across yield, performance and distribution parameters Hold lot analysis and disposition, KPI management in system. Communicating product KPI with supply chain and managing OSAT. Deliver supply related engineering solution (wafer/diebank priority, material cheery pick etc)

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - PE THE ROLE: MTS Product (Yield) Development Engineer to play an import role of improving yield and optimizing cost of AMD products, have chance to involve in advanced processor development technology, data analysis and test method, and work with “world class” semiconductor engineering teams all over the world
THE ROLE: Product Engineering is a cost, quality, and time-to-market driven team responsible for enabling the availability of microprocessors to our customers. Pre-silicon responsibilities for the Product Engineer include understanding product features, developing characterization test plans, highlighting test coverage holes. This requires interaction with Design, Test and Platform Engineering and allows for the opportunity to provide enhancement feedback for future designs. Post-silicon responsibilities include microprocessor debug & analysis and the execution of characterization plans. This may include silicon performance issues, yield issues, manufacturing processes, and device marginalities. The Product Engineer will work closely with Design, Test and Platform Engineering to root cause issues that result from the debug, characterization and margin analysis. The Product Engineer will also provide datasheet specifications and drive improvements in yield.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - SLT THE ROLE: Asia test program owner that governs system and platform level test insertions, developing and optimizing test program, supporting production bring up, sustaining, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices. Working with regional teams extensively including product management, product engineering, NPI, software infrastructure team and hardware infrastructure team on the test solutions optimization.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - ATE THE ROLE: Asia test program owner that owns both wafer sort and final test insertion, developing and optimizing test program, supporting production bring up, sustaining, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices. Working with regional teams extensively including product manager, project management, product engineering, DV, NPI, platform, software infrastructure team and hardware team on the test solutions optimization.
