THE ROLE: CIT (Chiplet Interconnect Technology) tam delivers industry leading high-performance interconnects IP for all AMD products including dGPU, APU, Server and Game consoles. As the team member, you will have access to cutting-edge technology/tools/process, all stages of functional verification on CIT IP, including test plan & test development, regressions, and infrastructure development.
Provide deep technical support to customers in their selection and use of AMD development tools, silicon and IP products that ensure success POC design creation to demonstrate AMD’s values on silicon, HW acceleration, performance, etc. in order to create design wins Provide technical leadership and guidance that focuses on design win strategies for all customer opportunities Analyze customer needs, and compare and contrast AMD and competitive solutions in order to maximize the customers use of AMD products Collaborate with field and factory resources to develop and deliver technical proposals to customer project managers, engineering managers, system architects and design engineers Code and implement circuits to demonstrate efficient use of AMD technology and competitive advantages to secure design wins Provide all post-sales support, including performance tuning lab debug, timing closure and analysis, RTL coding and simulation, pinout creation, power analysis, and board design feedback Provide regular feedback to AMD management and factory experts on the needs of the customer base
The Role As a key member of the Network Team within IT Infrastructure & Operations, this role will focus on the design, implementation, and operation of network systems across industrial internet, IoT, and traditional internet environments. The position involves working closely with corporate networks, data center networks, and retail network infrastructure to support Tesla’s global operations. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain data center networks, including AI data center networks. Lead network architecture design and implementation of network projects, including the creation of high-level design (HLD) and detailed design (LLD) documentation. Develop and maintain network design and operations documentation. Define and implement network performance metrics to monitor and analyze network health and availability. Explore and evaluate emerging network technologies, and integrate them into Tesla’s existing infrastructure. Establish and optimize IT/OT/IoT technology standards applicable to Tesla’s operational environments.
THE ROLE In this high-visibility leadership role, you will serve as the overall program owner driving the definition, execution, and productization of AMD’s Desktop, Notebook, and Workstation platforms with customers. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams to accelerate platform readiness, strengthen ecosystem capability, and deliver competitive, scalable AMD-based solutions to market. You will establish an execution framework that enables China-based customers to design, validate, and ship AMD platforms faster, with higher quality, and at lower development cost. This role is central to AMD’s growth strategy.
Act as a domain expert in both HR SaaS (Workday) and HR business process. Lead the implementation, Configuration, and on-going management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, Prism, and Integrations. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, OPD, IT and other Key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Provide Technical leadership and expertise in the multiple Workday modules, ensuring the best practices are followed and that the system supports the organization’s needs. Conduct training sessions for HR teams, CoE, and Hiring managers on Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Performance Module. Develop user guides and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global/local HR policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday modules in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on Functional requirements Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to Workday, support integration with other systems and processes as they related to Workday. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to Recruiting, Core HCM, Absence, Performance management and implement improvements as necessary. Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives Provide Solutions options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons for each option and recommendation Drive the design, configuration and deployment of new projects & system enhancements Participate in the change management and go live support processes.
