THE ROLE: The Business Development Senior Manager entails responsibilities for working with ODM(s) to develop business and marketing strategies that compliment AMD’s initiatives; as well as enabling product development in building AMD’s enterprise platform ecosystem. Candidate will evangelize AMD technology, create, and track marketing programs success and enable ODMs sale teams through training. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with engineering, product marketing, finance, legal and executive teams.
Reporting to VN Head of Legal, you will be responsible for the following core duties: (i) advising key stakeholders on a various matters including corporate, investment, licensing, labor, and other regulatory matters of the Company and its group of companies in Vietnam; (ii) provide legal advice on issues and operations relating to the Company’s and its group of companies’ business activities; (iii) ensure that the company and group entities are up to date on the applicable legal requirements and in compliance with the same; (iv) assist mentoring a young and dynamic legal team in Vietnam on day-to-day legal matters and special assignments; (v) assist to implement legal and compliance policies of the Company and its group of companies in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations; (vi) negotiate, discuss, draft and review contracts and other documents for the Company and its group of companies’ business, operations and projects; (vii) provide legal training for business and operations teams on legal processes and relevant legal issues; (viii) assist with operating license applications and regulatory filings, and in dealing with regulators (ix) working closely with regional Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs teams to lead or participate in various projects, provide legal analysis and value-added input, and guide the business on implementation plans; (x) manage the company’s disputes, litigation, and investigations, including liaising with external counsel; and (xi) other matters and works as assigned and instructed by VN Head of Legal.

LazInsure is a growing business unit that focuses on providing embedded insurance solutions within AIDC's e-commerce platforms. We are actively seeking a seasoned Payment Sanctions Compliance and Governance Specialist to join our AIDC Group Compliance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in devising, overseeing, and ensuring the seamless implementation of our Group-wide Sanctions program across our licensed entities, with a particular emphasis on the SEA and LATAM regions. Additionally, this role will encompass the formulation and execution of governance framework, including management oversight and management information reporting. Primary Responsibilities: • Formulate and implement Group-wide Payment Sanctions policies and controls in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and business needs, ensuring effective deployment across all operational locations; • Develop and implement the Group framework for Name Screening tuning, calibration and optimization; • Conduct regular reviews and validations to ensure the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of name screening systems; • Offer advisory support and coordination on Group Sanctions-related policies, including consultation and feedback; • Deliver training on Sanctions policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance awareness; • Provide expert advisory to local MLROs, business units, and functions regarding sanctions-related matters, including policy interpretation and application; • Conduct thorough analyses of sanctions-related issues, manage escalated sanctions alerts and transactions, and ensure timely review of all sanctions-related escalations; • Establish and uphold the governance framework across the AML compliance team, including key AML and Sanctions governance forums/committees and Management Information reporting; • Proactively monitor developments in the market, industry or regulatory landscapes and engage relevant stakeholders concerning on the impact to the Sanctions program; • Facilitate with internal and external auditors and regulators relating to Sanctions audits/examinations or ad hoc projects for management reporting.
Responsibilities In this position, you will: 1. Be the subject matter expert in processes and systems used for various accounting processes. 2. Contributes to the review of business initiatives -Design process and suggest systems developments to support the success of business initiatives. -Be involved in Business Partnering with relevant stakeholders. -Create documentation of policies, manuals and SOPs for new initiatives. 3. Build trusting relationship and continuous interaction with internal stakeholders, as well as, BPO (if required) to ensure high quality delivery of service and maximum customer satisfaction. 4. Support the transition of new entities/ workflow to Finance BPO when there are new initiatives, process changes or transactional work remaining in local ventures, as well as, the overall governance framework for Finance BPO, including SLAs monitoring and issues resolution. 5. Continuously seek process improvement, greater productivity and efficiency in accounting processes, which might involve process re-design, including adoption of automation tools, and resolve potential control issues. 6. Participate in other projects as required
