The Role The Tesla Energy Project Engineering team is responsible for the successful deployment of Tesla’s Megapack Energy Storage Systems. We’re looking for a degree-qualified, driven, motivated, and collaborative engineer to join us to help accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will be responsible for the execution of China local projects from the design phase through to commissioning, while managing all engineering activities to ensure successful projects. Ability to communicate effectively in English with the APAC team is required. Responsibilities This is a diverse role that requires in-depth knowledge of energy project test plans, grid connections, generator construction projects, constructability, utility requirements, and familiarity with China Electricity Rules. A strong work ethic, a team-oriented personality, and a commercially savvy approach are essential. Members of our team demonstrate creativity, passion, and a drive to break new ground in a constantly evolving technological landscape. In this role, you'll be the go-to technical expert for customers during installation and service of Anker SOLIX E1 & X1 systems. You'll provide both on-site support to ensure our solutions are deployed successfully and perform at the highest level. Key Responsibilities: - Support customers and installers with real-time technical consultation during system installation. - Perform on-site services, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SOLIX systems. - Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, and site visits, delivering timely solutions. - Partner with internal engineering teams to resolve escalations and improve product performance. - Document customer feedback and service reports to inform product improvements. - Assist the project team in conducting beta testing with pilot users during new product introduction period. - Deliver technical training on products to regional installation and service teams.

Join our team to collaborate across different engineering areas, solve meaningful challenges creatively and transfer concepts from initial design, through prototyping and testing into real-world solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of market access and surveillance for the China / APAC region. You will not only launch cutting-edge sustainable energy technology by compliance testing in China / APAC but also navigate the complex landscape of China / APAC standards to secure Tesla’s products launch in the future. Role and Responsibilities · Plan, set up, and execute hands-on validation and compliance tests on Tesla energy products in our Shanghai laboratory. · Develop detailed test plans, meticulously document test procedures and results, and author comprehensive technical reports for internal and external stakeholders. Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues discovered during testing, collaborating with design engineers to find solutions. · Clearly communicate test outcomes, key findings, and project status to engineering and management teams. · Prepare and configure Power Conversion Systems for external testing and provide on-site technical support at third-party labs to validate PCS performance, safety, EMC and grid connection interoperability. · Represent the company in key standards development organizations (e.g., GB/T, IEC, CENELEC) and industry associations to actively shape future technical regulations. · Lead and manage local / global certification projects for Tesla's Energy products, including battery storage and grid-interface systems.
Job Brief: As a global leader in energy management and automation, Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled and motivated Power Electronics Algorithm Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics, control systems, and firmware development. As a Power Electronics Algorithm Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and debugging of firmware for power electronic systems such as AC/DC and DC/DC converters or Microgrid System(AC or DC Grid, etc.). Responsibilities: · Design and implement control algorithm for power converter for AC/DC microgrid application such as Interlink Converter (AC/DC) and Battery Storage (DC/DC). · Design and implement system control sequence and fault handler for converters. · Conduct simulation with Matlab/Simulink, Pspice or Psim, etc. · Conduct hardware testing of power electronic systems and perform troubleshooting. · Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in power electronics and firmware development. · Create design documentation and conduct design reviews. · Optimize firmware for performance, efficiency, and reliability. · Analyze and troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues related to firmware. · Ensure compliance with firmware design and coding standards. · Identify and mitigate potential risks in firmware designs. · Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
