- Good knowledge of physics and mathematics
- Experience in lens design and straylight optimization independently
- Be familiar with camera lens and module manufacturing process and metrology methods
- Experience with diffractive optics system design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with suppliers and cross function teams to solve technical problems
- Experience with numerical simulations and computer programming
- Demonstrate a creative approach critical thinking
- Be motivated by our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and understand how their work contributes to that goal

Additional skills we are looking for:
- Experience with physically based optical software such as Zemax, CodeV, ASAP, Lighttools, SPEOS, Ocean or similar
- Experience with CAD, mechanical engineering and finite element analysis.
- Coding skills with an object-oriented programming language such as Python, C++, Java…
