任职要求
• BS or MS in Engineering.
• 3+ years' vehicle production development experience or 3+technical program management experience in vehicle area.
• Experience automotive development process, Experience in 3D CAD and 2D drawing tool. Prefer direct experience in Catia.
• Familiar with whole vehicle parts development, well known about the vehicle nominate and design/validation process.
• Good at supplier management, good sense about perceived quality and Craftsmanship.
• Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment
• Excellent organization and delegation skills with ability to own the product roadmap and schedule with a track record of delivering projects on-time
