工作职责
The Role As Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional engineering projects. You will have an integral part in critical projects that improve our product and introduce new products. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, operations, and required documentation. You should be an analytical and agile problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal. Responsibilities • Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery • Constantly work to evolve our processes towards increasing precision and dependability, while still maintaining the agility that has gotten Tesla to where we are now • Lead the teams with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty • Drive execution and completion of multiple projects at the same time across internal and external stakeholders • Act as advocate and liaison for APAC engineering organization with a number of North America and EMEA based groups • Cross-functionally communicate at a senior level key developments and updates on new projects • Start-to-finish whole vehicle ownership: Specification, prototype manufacturing, component/system validation. • Collaborate with Chassis parts design, system/vehicle integration, program management, manufacturing and reliability test teams • Rapidly iterate as design requirements and vehicle features mature over time

作为整车产品体验经理，从特别版，年款车型，到换代车型等产品生命节点，参与产品线全生命周期的产品体验定义和产品交付。 确保交付具有优秀竞争力的产品，持续打造具有向往感的场景功能体验，对外传递具有画面感和易于理解的产品价值，从而支持产品线的商业成功。 1.确保交付具有优秀竞争力的产品：洞察市场竞争，承担整车产品定义和产品亮点的打造，确保可以应对未来竞争和消费趋势，并在项目过程中同研发团队，工业化团队协作，确保按时验收和落地迭代； 2.打造具有向往感的场景功能体验：洞察目标用户和核心需求，识别关键用车场景，并主导产品体验定义，拉动跨部门协作，确保定义高质量落地，创造超越用户期望的惊喜体验； 3.支持产品线的商业成功：理解产品背后的技术可行性、项目经济性，支持整车产品达成销量和毛利目标，助力产品的商业成功。 4.对外传递具有画面感和易于理解的产品价值：了解市场竞争并掌握产品营销语言，能够基于对品牌和产品有劣势的理解，输出可以有效用于对用户和市场沟通的产品亮点内容
1、负责牵头进行平台新车型规划与可行性评估分析； 2、对已批准的项目，负责牵头编制项目主计划并组建公司级项目组织架构； 3、负责定期组织项目例会等相关会议，组织相关部门向公司领导汇报项目进展和问题，把控项目风险，协调资源推动问题解决。对会议决议和委托进行跟踪，确保工作按计划落实； 4、负责按照里程碑组织各部门收集整理项目交付物，总体评估项目成熟度和风险，形成里程碑报告并提请公司管理层决议； 5、领导交办的其他事项。
城市物流痛点分析，基于客户抱怨提炼产品改进方向； 产品需求管理及定义，基于客户需求、竞品分析、合规要求，参与无人物流车新产品或新增功能的定义工作； 主导交付过程中的品质问题识别与闭环管理，组织研发、生产、运维、售后等部门协同工作； 牵头搭建无人物流车批量化交付标准体系，统筹批量交付流程、验收规范、进度管控机制及应急预案，完成大规模交付活动中的订单下发、生产排产、物料保障、交付验收、归档等全环节，适配需求。
