工作职责
The Role As Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional engineering projects. You will have an integral part in critical projects that improve our product and introduce new products. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, operations, and required documentation. You should be an analytical and agile problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal. Responsibilities • Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery • Constantly work to evolve our processes towards increasing precision and dependability, while still maintaining the agility that has gotten Tesla to where we are now • Lead the teams with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty • Drive execution and completion of multiple projects at the same time across internal and external stakeholders • Act as advocate and liaison for APAC engineering organization with a number of North America and EMEA based groups • Cross-functionally communicate at a senior level key developments and updates on new projects • Start-to-finish whole vehicle ownership: Specification, prototype manufacturing, component/system validation. • Collaborate with Chassis parts design, system/vehicle integration, program management, manufacturing and reliability test teams • Rapidly iterate as design requirements and vehicle features mature over time
1、承接系统开发要求，负责转向控制系统包括EPS、RWS，SBW软件架构开发设计，系统集成和架构评审工作； 2、解读转向系统、性能要求、电子架构要求、主动安全要求等上层需求出发拆解系统-子系统-子零件的技术要求。包含机械要求（与硬件部门合作）、控制单元要求、功能要求、跨系统接口要求、诊断要求、功能安全要求等； 3、根据系统需求分析结果，设计开发转向系统软件架构，构建子功能模块要求，定义模块相互接口，保证软件架构符合平台化设计概念；与功能安全工程师合作完成软件架构功能安全开发，确保软件架构安全稳健，高效合理； 4、根据项目开发节点要求，对合作伙伴的系统架构、软件架构、软件设计等进行审核，确保项目按时量产； 5、在自研系统中，根据项目开发计划，负责集成各软件子功能模块，发布集成软件进行集成测试，确保相关功能按开发计划有序打开；
1. 负责悬架电控软件的信号需求定义， HMI需求定义， 诊断规范定义； 2. 负责空气弹簧系统和电控减振器应用软件模块的开发、测试、功能安全开发； 3. 支持电控悬架软件算法单元MIL测试, HIL测试及整车验证； 4. 跟踪落实电控悬架软件开发进度，负责软件问题的跟踪和解决，确保产品按时上市； 5. 负责悬架电控软件的技术规范、测试规范、工程分析方法等技术文件体系建设、修订。
1. 负责悬架电控软件的信号需求定义， HMI需求定义， 诊断规范定义； 2. 负责全主动悬架控制系统应用软件模块的开发、测试、功能安全开发； 3. 支持电控悬架软件算法单元MIL, HIL及整车验证； 4. 跟踪落实全主动电控悬架软件开发进度，负责软件问题的跟踪和解决，确保产品按时上市； 5. 负责全主动悬架电控软件的技术规范、测试规范、工程分析方法等技术文件体系建设、修订。
负责汽车RTOS信息安全功能（加密服务、密钥管理、安全存储、HSM驱动等）的架构设计、软件开发、测试交付，具体如下： 1. 负责承接整车和零部件信息安全需求，并完成相关功能设计、软件开发和交付验收； 2. 负责汽车RTOS加密协议栈和HSM/SHE+驱动软件开发，并完成功能模块单元测试和功能测试验证； 3. 负责汽车RTOS加密协议栈代码优化、性能和稳定性改进和质量保证； 4. 负责跟踪解决整车和零部件渗透测试和扫描漏洞的修复处理； 5. 负责开发过程中相关文档的撰写、评审和后续整改。
