工作地点：特斯拉上海超级工厂研发中心 要求时间：2026年1月开始实习，至少4个月，6个月以上优先，一周五天全勤 英文：流利，需与美国团队日常会议沟通 *针对2026届为常规实习，无转正机会。 What to Expect Consider before submitting an application:  This position is expected to start around Jan. 2026 with a duration of 4-6 months, 5 days per week on-site. The Role The Factory Firmware Team is focused on vehicle software and integration engineering in support of manufacturing and new product introduction. This will include projects to create or improve integration tools, as well as tasks to investigate vehicle software improvements in the manufacturing environment. It is important that this person is excited about learning new skills and systems and has strong collaboration skills. This person will be expected to move projects along at an aggressive pace and to get your hands dirty in the details of various subsystems – digging through backend logs, root causing issues and developing solutions to complex problems. The Factory Firmware Team is the eyes and ears of the Firmware organization within the factory and often have the last say on the deployment of new firmware to manufacturing – providing valuable insight and feedback to accelerate development of new software features. Responsibilities • Develop software tools for vehicle diagnostics, testing, and validation under manufacturing environment • Create software solutions to bridge manufacturing process gaps and help team be more productive and efficient • Dig into data, system design and source code to identify and debug issues at the system level and propose robust solutions

时间要求：2025年年底或2026年年初到岗，全勤实习3-6个月。 技能要求：较强的Python能力并有丰富开发经验，熟悉JS并有电子电气基础加分。 是否提供转正机会：表现优异且通过转正面试的情况下可转正。 About the Team Tesla’s Systems Validation Team is seeking interns who will be responsible for ensuring firmware for new vehicle features and new hardware are designed, implemented and tested to achieve Tesla’s standards for safety and customer experience. The intern will develop robust validation strategies, and deliver automated solutions to execute those strategies efficiently and repeatedly, thus enabling rapid iteration and evolution of Tesla’s vehicle systems. What to Expect Work with the cross-discipline development and design engineers throughout the engineering organization to ensure the relevant subsystems are designed with appropriate requirements, interfaces and interactions to achieve specific vehicle functions. Understand and debug interfaces/interactions required for successful implementation of complex vehicle level firmware. Develop, document and execute comprehensive system and sub-system level test specifications and test plans based on system requirements. Invent methods and build technology to execute tests and evaluate results efficiently and repeatedly. Specify, design, develop and integrate test automation frameworks and tools. Deliver test setups to integrate new subsystems with simulated and/or actual vehicle components. Report and track issues with software and/or hardware releases. Investigate field issues through data analysis and issue reproduction. Continuously look for ways to improve the safety, performance and customer satisfaction with Tesla products.

In this role, you will manage the development and the introduction of several cutting-edge firmware integration projects, leveraging your expertise in system integration and driving results with Tesla's signature agility and speed. Responsibilities Manage cross-functional programs from end-to-end, covering a range of areas including firmware impacts driven by program change scope, firmware branch strategy, firmware trials, manufacturing setups and tests, firmware flashing, and coordination with hardware & firmware development teams and program teams. Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to effectively coordinate firmware development, trials, validation, & integration to the factory. Define and drive the schedule for upcoming new project launches and sustaining programs. Continuously evolve our processes to increase precision, dependability, and agility.
