Must 
· Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training/education
· Experience operating large scale software
· Well developed multi-tasking capabilities and experience under pressure
· Ability to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment
· The ability to both express and understand technical problems to stakeholders
· Deep dive root cause analysis skills
· Critical technical bridge handling know how
· SQL and reporting skills
· Basic infra skills like network, DB and K8S
· Able to communicate in English

Preferred 
· Programming skills in a scripting language is a big plus, Python preferred
· Be familiar with DevOps CI/CD tool chain
· Be familiar with the tool like Grafana and Splunk
