该岗位隶属于tesla电池质量团队，负责模组，Pack和售后等等与电芯相关质量问题解决及持续改善，参与电芯新项目的质量预防规划、产品验证等工作。 职责描述： 问题预防与解决： 1. 负责电池车间电芯质量问题的快速响应，联合电芯来料质量等部门制定遏制措施，分析问题发生的根本原因，推动措施的落实和问题的闭环； 2. 统计售后市场电芯不良问题的类型及趋势，挖掘问题发生的根本原因，推动和跟踪措施的落实，推动供应商端系统改善，防止相似问题的发生； 3. 牵头电芯相关质量改善项目，对电池车间和供应商端的电芯质量风险点进行提前识别，预防质量问题的发生； 4. 参与供应商和特斯拉端电芯相关工艺变更的评估和确认； 5. 参与电芯新项目质量检验的策划，包括电芯来料检验、产线检验项目及规格的制定等。 团队协作： 1. 带教工程师及技师，在电芯专业技术上进行辅导，帮助队伍发展成长； 2. 协调工艺/电芯来料质量/工程等团队共同进行问题的解决和预防工作。

TEAM The Cell Quality team is a subset of the Cell Manufacturing team within the R&D organization. The group supports development of new mass production cell candidates by guiding design decisions, contributing to cell supplier specification requirements, and collaborating on cell material and process development projects. Cell Quality leads mass production cell projects that impact incoming cell quality, Tesla manufacturability, and field reliability. ROLE The Cell Quality Team is seeking a technician to support incoming quality inspection, root cause analysis, critical Li-ion cell component analysis, and data collection in both manufacturing and lab environments. This technician is expected to both support and lead projects focused on field reliability and safety, production throughput, and cost savings. The person for this role must exhibit the knowledge, leadership, and drive needed to not only challenge the status quo, but also define and execute the optimal path forward. RESPONSIBILITIES • Support regular Cell Quality activities in Gigafactory 3 plant, including: a. Support incoming quality control tasks to ensure manufacturing capability and product reliability. b. Manage non-conforming cell material flow and material disposition while working closely with internal and external teams to quickly identify and resolve any cell-related issues. c. Assist in the identification, root cause analysis, and resolution of manufacturing quality issues. d. Contain and sort products as needed for quality requirements. e. Participate in audits of Tesla and supplier manufacturing lines to ensure all processes follow the plan of record. f. Disassemble cylindrical/square cell for failure analysis or quality inspection. • Work cross functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and research teams to determine product specifications and tolerances. • Work with internal team or supplier to do cells’ validation trial in process. • Process and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) as required. • Participate in continuous improvement activities with manufacturing and suppliers. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data independently. • Anticipate potential problems and take preventative action.

Description Data Engineer, Cell Quality & Field Reliability The Team The Cell Quality team is a small team within the R&D organization responsible for incoming, production and field reliability.  The group projects focus on mass production of Li-ion cells for all programs, including Model S, X, 3, Y and Energy Products. The Role The position is to support daily data analytics activities and process improvements suggestions based on fleet data and known field returns for all cell programs with more focus on Kato cell production build issues. Candidate is expected to lead or support quality focused multidisciplinary cell-related projects, typically involving R&D, Design or Production organization. The engineer must be extremely organized, detail orientated, with strong ability to prioritize and multitask, successfully collaborate on projects with a range of business objectives. This person must exhibit the knowledge, leadership, and drive needed to not only challenge the status quo, but also define and execute the optimal path forward. Responsibilities Perform extensive data study on all field failures and correlation studies with upstream cell manufacturing process. Create test models to ensure proper detection and outlier rejection criteria for field rejects, especially from Kato production. Identify trends from field return data and quantify reliability risks for diagnostics of key critical signals/metrics. Create data visualizations to communicate analysis results with cross-functional teams and drive decision making of key failure modes on field. Analyze Field Reliability/Quality data for cell related failures and failure modes to predict expected failure rates, affected populations, verify effectiveness of the corrective actions at Tesla and at suppliers. Provide data integration and setup quality systems for new in-house manufacturing lines and mass production cell models. Produce cogent and intelligible data visualizations, author technical presentations and summarize high-impact technical findings with strong data analysis package.

1. 承担电芯技术项目管理工作，管理电芯产品成熟度，负责电芯产品的工业化落地。 2. 负责电芯全生命周期指标的质量管理，包括不限于设计质量，量产质量和售后质量，推动各项问题快速闭环。 3. 负责制定电芯产品工程规范，审核并确保供应商依照工程规范的要求完成产品开发及工业化开发。 4. 负责潜在供应商审核，甄别高质量供应商资源，培育高潜力供应商。 5. 评审供应商前期工程活动，包括不限于：设计任务书/电化学仿真/DOE分析/设计验证/产线工艺/可靠性评估 6. 负责电芯成熟度推进，管理并审核APQP各阶段交付物，负责PPAP的实施与审批。 7. 负责风险管理，识别电芯NUDD特殊特性并制定降低风险的措施。 8. 负责电芯工业化方案的审核，确保制造方案及产能规划符合理想汽车要求，对供应商现场实施过程审核。 9. 负责管理电芯质量质保和质量协议的签订，负责供应商绩效管理。 10. 支持整车开发，按节点完成零件开发任务，解决制造及试验、路试中的问题。 11. 参与价值链工作，研究并识别关键上游资源，支撑公司战略布局，识别关键梯次供应商并开展先期质量管理。
