任职要求
MUST
B.S. Engineering or Material Science with focus in battery engineering, cell manufacturing, and cell quality is a must.
7+ years in renewable lithium ion battery field is highly desirable.
Familiarity within quality systems manufacturing environment.
Be skilled at cell field case handling procedure.
Demonstrated competence to organize large projects across various disciplines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical team members is essential.
Strong desire to learn and use advanced characterization and analysis techniques in Li-ion cell and battery pack manufacturing processes.
Extensive hands on experience (including but not limited to: inspecting, troubleshooting, disassembling cell/components).
Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use technological tools and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data.
Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) – professional working proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Exhibit a strong passion for sustainable energy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willing to work long hours and weekends on short notice.
This position may require 20 – 40% travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
PREFERRED
Familiarity with lab material characterization techniques.
