• Strong desire to learn and use advanced characterization and analysis techniques in Li-ion cell and battery pack manufacturing processes.
• Team player with strong working ethics (dependable, responsible, self-motivated).
• Hands on experience inspecting and disassembling lithium ion cells (cylindrical) and components.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to use technological tools and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data.
• Familiarity within quality systems in a high volume manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift and sort parts of up to 10 kg as required.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work long hours and weekends on short notice.
