• Good understanding of lithium ion battery electrochemistry and failure mechanisms.
• Comprehensive knowledge on battery tests and the theory behind the scenes, including cycle, HPPC, firmware-related tests.
• Hands on cell testing experience with large format cells
• Solid data analysis capability and knowing what data to check for test monitoring and test troubleshooting
• Knowledge of equipment used in battery cell testing or equivalent
• Experience with test procedure/protocol creation
