大专及以上学历，机械制造与设计等机械类相关专业
熟悉CMM、关节臂、影像仪等仪器操作，熟悉三坐标检测仪器，程序编写、修改(熟悉ZEISS, Calypso优先 ) ，或是其他量测设备；

测量技师主要工作内容，是熟练操作测量设备，对日常的测量工作按时按量的完成测量，并完成测量报告的制作并上传。此外，对于日常工作中的其他部门的委托工作，按照委托人的要求，完成定制化测量，并确认相关尺寸是否符合图纸规格 职责描述： 遵守公司规章制度，严格按照作业指导书工作，积极查找安全隐患，及时汇报安全隐患和事故，提出安全合理化建议，通过不断改进，创造安全健康的工作环境 尺寸试验样件管理，样件收发，存储，； 尺寸实验室日常检验工作分配； 尺寸测量设备及量具的日常维护保养和设备点检； 尺寸检验测量，报告分析工作； 测试数据收集，数据报表制作，汇总至尺寸工程师； 尺寸实验室区域环境和安全工作； 对测量过程中发现的问题及时沟通协调； 遵守公司规章制度，严格按照作业指导书工作，积极查找安全隐患，及时汇报安全隐患和事故，提出安全合理化建议，通过不断改进，创造安全健康的工作环境。
Tesla电驱质量技师隶属于质量工程师团队，协助工程师完成质量问题的分析与跟踪，推动电驱质量问题的快速解决，是电驱质量团队的一个重要组成部分。 职责描述： 1.根据问题发生的现象及收集到的数据，分析问题发生的根本原因；； 2.现场质量问题判责并向工程师预警，协助工程师对不良品进行hold； 3. 协助工程师对质量问题进行风险评估，跟踪后续风险评估的结果； 4. 对现场资源进行沟通和协调；推动责任部门尽快制定并落实临时措施； 5. 现场质量控制措施的落实情况检查； 开展现场产品及过程Audit，发现问题及时预警； 6. 利用JIRA跟踪问题发生的根本原因和措施，确认临时措施和长期措施导入 后问题的改善状态； 7.新产品试装过程跟踪及数据收集； 8.协助工程师对新项目和新产线进行验证，收集汇总失效数据和计算过程能力； 9. 质量问题汇总和one page输出； 10.积极听从上级的工作安排，按时保量完成上级交给的工作任务； 11.遵守公司规章制度，严格按照作业指导书工作，积极查找安全隐患，及时汇报安全隐患和事故，提出安全合理化建议，通过不断改进，创造安全健康的工作环境； 12.上级安排的其他事项.

The Role We are hiring Electrical Powertrain Engineering Intern for our R&D team. You will support test activities on powertrain products from component to system level for Tesla new product development, such as drive inverter, motor and drive unit system. We are interested in students with majors of motor and power inverter engineering. Including but not limited to mechanical engineering, electrical engineering. A minimum 6 months staying with us is preferred Responsibilities • Support engineers to execute test tasks and maintain test documentation. • Support Test setup, interference with equipment like power supply, chambers, benches. • Develop inhouse/custom test equipment, like fixture, harness and so on. • Collaborate with design, quality and manufacturing to manage test programs from concept to final commissioning. • Support lab operation to maintain schedules, allocation of test resources. • Support failure investigation in post phases. • Write test software to automate test execution, data process and analyze.

You will take responding for test activities on powertrain products from component to system level for Tesla new product development, such as gear train, motor and drive unit system on drive unit DYNO and component test bench. We are interested in candidates with majors of motor and electrical powertrain engineering. Including but not limited to mechanical engineering, Electromechanics engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering. Responsibilities Collaborate with reliability and design team on DFMEA for test items and plan. Perform Test setup, interference with equipment like DYNO, power supply, chamber, Chiller and data acquisition system. Design test profile, coding test script, analysis test data for performing reliable validation Write test software to automate test execution, data process and analyze. Develop inhouse/custom test equipment, fixture, harness and so on. Collaborate with design, quality and manufacturing to manage test programs from concept to final commissioning. Perform lab operation to maintain schedules, allocation of test resources. Perform failure investigation during test, at post phases and concern management.
