任职要求
Must Have
Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Vehicle Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in Chinese and English (speaking and listening): Sufficient to participate in technical discussions and meetings.
Strong foundational knowledge in software development and systems engineering concepts.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively across parallel projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to peers and mentors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive technical insights.
Note: A valid driver's license is highly preferred for potential in-vehicle testing opportunities, though testing may also be performed under supervision.

Nice to Have
Experience or coursework involving vehicle systems, chassis controls, or embedded systems.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C or Python.
Exposure to automotive tools (e.g., CAN, Vector) or safety standards (ISO 26262, DFMEAs, HARAs).
Previous internship experience in software integration or automotive engineering.
Experience with Formula SAE (FSAE) racing teams is a plus.
