As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
Key Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). • Develop and maintain multi-relationships across customer organizations, including CIOs, CTOs, and business unit leaders. • Execute territory and account strategies to expand cloud footprint and usage. • Lead customer engagements that highlights Oracle’s strengths in computing, networking, storage, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), database services (Autonomous DB, Exadata), analytics, and AI/ML platforms. • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to create value-based proposals and demonstrations. • Ensure post-sale success by aligning with customer success managers on cloud consumption and workload optimization. • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Oracle’s CRM systems. • Win opportunities on monthly basis and quarterly basis. • Achieve assigned quota and consumption growth expectations. Qualifications • 7+ years of enterprise IT or cloud solution sales experience, with a focus on complex, high-value deals. • With sales or technical experience in cloud/digital native market • Demonstrated success selling cloud technologies, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS). • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical and business value clearly to senior stakeholders. • Proven sales track record to achieve sales quota • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts such as virtualization, containers, networking (VPC, load balancing), storage (object/block/file), and database services. • Bachelor above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in China oversea enterprise market. • Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, DevOps (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and AI/ML frameworks. • Familiar with Oracle technologies and competitive platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join the fast growing, Tencent Cloud International. The qualified individual will support the Business Development Manager in pre-sales activities, including evaluation and qualification of customer requirement, and to provide technical advice and solutions to customers. He / She will liaise and collaborate with different Tencent Cloud technical and product teams (based in mainland China), to identify and secure domain expertise and resource, in formulating a Tencent Cloud solution to customers. 1.Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Tencent Cloud Services Platform. 2.Remove Sales obstacles by providing internal consulting, training, and knowledge support. 3.Partner with Sales to build long-term account relationships, that deliver ongoing business value. 4.Develop Tencent Cloud-based demonstrations and solutions that successfully meet customer requirements. 5.Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to diagnose and resolve problem cases. 6.Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and complete awareness within the Solutions Team.
• You will lead, drive, and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets. • You will leverage practices to guide customer strategy and future growth to expand the use of Azure by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs/solutions that drive impact for the customer and establishing Microsoft as a leader. Provide feedback to Microsoft on customer development needs, customer blockers, or mitigation strategies. • You will conduct analyses into what customers are using versus needs. Drive consumption (cloud and support) with customers based on analysis of both usage and needs. Leverages insights to provide guidance and recommendations to customers that expands, retains, and/or optimizes the customer’s Azure consumption. • You will run Architectural Design Session(s) to build plans for implementing solutions which align to customer business goals and technical environments. • You will collaborate and orchestrate with other Digital Cloud Solution Architects and the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure properly deployed cloud solutions on Azure. • Through close engagement with the customers the DCSA will work to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets and accurately manage their customer progress in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to forecast, assess risk, and identify performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with their manager. • Other: Embody our Culture and Values
