Key Responsibilities: • Technical Leadership: • Oversee the technical pre-sales lifecycle for complex deals, acting as the primary solution architect for client engagements. • Guide clients through cloud adoption strategies, designing innovative solutions that prioritize their operational and technical requirements. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, support) to ensure seamless implementation and customer momentum. • Strategic Collaboration & Advocacy: • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to align cloud roadmaps with business goals and long-term growth initiatives. • Develop reusable best practices, frameworks, and assets based on customer feedback to accelerate enterprise-wide cloud adoption. • Customer Success & Team Development: • Lead customer onboarding, launches, and events, partnering with support teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sale. • Mentor junior engineers through technical training and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capabilities. Minimum Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating technical proficiency. • Experience: • 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including: • Engaging executive stakeholders. • Leading IT transformations, migrations, or large-scale implementations. • Hands-on experience with public cloud migration (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). • Skills: • Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients. • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications • Partnerships: Track record of collaborating with systems integrators, third-party developers, and partners to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Technical Expertise: • Hands-on experience with open-source technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka) and contributions to open-source projects. • Deep expertise in at least two of the following domains: • Generative AI (GenAI) • LLMOps/MLOps (Large Language Model Operations) • AI Infrastructure (e.g., large-scale GPU clusters) • DevOps/IT Operations • Database Systems • Networking & Cybersecurity • Microservices/Service Mesh Architecture • Cloud-Native Development • Storage Systems • Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) • Certifications: Relevant certifications in public cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali Cloud, Tencent Cloud).

Engages with strategic customers, builds leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations in order to design and implement solutions. Works directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures and translates business needs into solutions. May implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting. Displays product/application understanding through highly customized presentation demonstrations to customers, and at conferences, and events. Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). Serves as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Identifies gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer driven features. Leading contributor, may provide direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. May interact with C level. Maintains expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.
