PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety & Wellbeing Specialist to lead our efforts in creating compliant, supportive, and resilient work environments across the region. As a key driver of health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, you will serve as expert ensuring our operations adhere to local labor laws and global standards. Your strategic guidance and hands-on support will help embed a strong safety culture, support governance frameworks, and empower leaders to prioritize employee health at every level. Your expertise will make a tangible impact on our workplace culture, helping us create an environment where safety and employee wellness are prioritized and celebrated. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Design and deliver health, safety, and wellbeing programs aligned with the people and culture strategy and health and safety policies in China. Define and execute on Health and Safety plan that ensure compliance local legal requirements in China. Collaborate with stakeholders to prevent, early detect, manage and reintegrate cases of illness or disorder and minimize work-related productivity loss. Support and provide guidance to business leaders on fulfilling their duty of care and ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards. Keep updated on changes to health and safety laws in China and support teams across the region to stay compliant. Support the creation of effective governance structures for health and safety standards across the region, to ensure our practices are compliant with local laws, providing guidance and oversight to ensure consistency and accountability. Coordinate the development of health and safety roadmaps and action plans, ensuring they meet mandatory requirements and align with organizational goals. Support the communication governance and rollout of health and safety initiatives across countries, including transparency on communication channels. Advise country teams on global and regional health and safety programs. Monitor health, safety, and wellbeing programs that promote a proactive safety culture, support employee wellness, and promote organizational resilience. Work collaboratively with internal teams, management, and external partners to prevent issues, manage health risks, and ensure a safe and supportive workplace. YOUR PROFILE A qualified Health, Safety and Wellbeing professional with proven experience in regional health, safety, and wellbeing management. Well-versed in local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and regional compliance frameworks. Skilled in developing governance models, strategic planning, and program management. A passionate communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. Experienced in investigating incidents, managing risks, and fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing. The Role Compute is the most important driver in accelerating the maturation of AI enabled products. Today, Tesla is at the forefront of creating meaningful real world products using AI. We design, build and run large scale GPU clusters that enable our teams to build better products faster. We are an extremely small team, and the work of every member carries an immense amount of weight. Working with the team, you will build out performance testing tools, build health check tools, create tools for better metric collection and all other fun projects. Responsibilities You’ll be working in a cross-functional and highly versatile team that designs, implements, and maintains HPC technical stacks. Leverage and improve upon existing cluster management solutions to ensure rapid deployment and scalability. Ensure the reliability of the existing systems to guarantee uptime and availability of core foundational services. Influence architectural decisions with focus on security, scalability and high-performance. Work with engineering teams to understand useful metrics to collect and implement such monitoring and alerting with existing monitoring solutions. Improve root cause analysis and corrective action for problems large and small – identify patterns and design task automations. Help develop automated tools to collect information that can be directly used to assist users creating root cause analysis for issues in their job submissions. • Engage with customer IT and business leaders to understand their application, data, and AI priorities, and design secure, scalable solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction. • Lead technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerate adoption of Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms. • Own the end-to-end technical delivery results, ensuring completeness and accuracy of consumption and customer success plans in collaboration with the CSAM. • Drive next best actions and generate incremental pipeline from each engagement, aligning with Unified Enterprise Support (ES) priorities. • Deliver repeatable intellectual property (IP) and contribute to centralized IP development to accelerate deployment and achieve targeted outcomes. • Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for key Factory engagements across AI and App Innovation projects. • Lead the health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads, ensuring readiness for production-scale AI use cases. • Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with engineering teams to influence product improvements and remove adoption blockers. • Support customer skilling through technical workshops, readiness activities, and recommendations that ensure solution performance, maintainability, and reliability. • Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with Azure, AI, GitHub, and cloud-native development trends, while contributing to internal and external technical communities. • Be accredited and certified to deliver with advanced and expert-level proficiency in priority workloads including Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Service, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, APIM, and GitHub. • Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously aligning your skills to customer needs, contributing to knowledge sharing, and mentoring others to accelerate customer outcomes.
• Define and exemplify production standards for Wild Rift at the Shanghai Studio, focusing on delivery excellence, adherence to Riot’s values, and team health. • Provide transparent updates on the production pipeline's status and health, identifying potential risks and coordinating stakeholder escalations. • Mentor and lead a production team capable of owning significant features for Wild Rift, incorporating strategic workforce planning and recruitment. • Develop and optimize work processes and communication channels for managing projects with remote teams in China and Riot’s Los Angeles office. • Facilitate collaboration and alignment on production schedules and priorities with Riot Los Angeles and our partners in China, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of commitments.
Act as a domain expert in both HR SaaS (Workday) and HR business process. Lead the implementation, Configuration, and on-going management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, Prism, and Integrations. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, OPD, IT and other Key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Provide Technical leadership and expertise in the multiple Workday modules, ensuring the best practices are followed and that the system supports the organization’s needs. Conduct training sessions for HR teams, CoE, and Hiring managers on Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Performance Module. Develop user guides and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global/local HR policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday modules in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on Functional requirements Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to Workday, support integration with other systems and processes as they related to Workday. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to Recruiting, Core HCM, Absence, Performance management and implement improvements as necessary.
