For our Project team, we are looking for a Project Engineer to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. You’ll make an impact by • Generally, be responsible for export technical parts during proposal and execution phase. • Acquiring agreement with cooperative department on schedules and resource plans for bid preparation. • Coordinating the activities of those involved in bid preparation. • Determining bid cost and creating the bid calculation with support of SYS-BA and sales. • Preparing and completing of proposals as well as optimized solutions for customers with SYS-BA. • Preparing and conducting technical clarification with customers (single line diagram, requirements of secondary part, etc.) in case of order. • Internal project controlling (schedules, cost including primary and secondary, quality, etc. • Clarifying all detailed requirements with Order Engineer to assure a correct production. • Order placement management (strictly consideration of the purchasing/supplier’s strategy) to Order Engineer. • Preparing and regularly updating project planning (cost calculation, project schedule). • Coordinating Customer Service engineer after delivery on site. • Change management and risk management during project implementation. • Completing projects close out.

For our System BA team, we are looking for a Commercial Officer to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. You’ll make an impact by • Make bidding documents - bid, negotiate, calculate, evaluate the commercial terms, list commercial deviations and integrated bid documents. • Make Offers - ensure the offers in the provision of conditions of sale and checking of calculations. Ensure the completeness of the offer. Ensure company procedures, compliance rules and other legal requirements are fulfilled. • Business Negotiation - Proficient in business negotiation skills, flexible to deal with various negotiation situations, able to withstand pressure to ensure the realization of the company's goals. • Sign the Contract - Prepare Order confirmations and Order processing documentation, checking contractual conditions, and schedules. Sign the contract with customer. • Order Handover - summarize contract elements and approval reports, handover to project commercial controllers, support creation of SAP production orders. • Fulfill the Contract - fulfill contractual requirements in form of provision of guarantees, after sales service. • Data Statistics - Collects information on orders and quoted contracts in the area of responsibility, as well as a summary of contract fulfillment. • Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

The Senior Solutions Architect (SA) role is a pre-sales technical position in Alibaba Cloud’s international business division. Our seasoned solution architects offer comprehensive IT knowledge and industry insights when crafting solutions for customers and partners. Solution Architects are ultimately responsible for architect solutions that enable customer success. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Working closely with customers to ensure the successful delivery of Alibaba Cloud services • Design large-scale, compliant cloud infrastructures (e.g., multi-cloud, edge computing) for AI workloads (LLMs, computer vision, MLOps). • Guiding large enterprise implementation and operation, preferably in AIML/GenAI projects. • As a cloud solution architect, evangelizing and helping customers and partners understand the technical and business benefits of Alibaba Cloud products, solutions, and services • Understanding the unique requirements of customers and partners, and providing appropriate technical solutions and architecture designs based on Alibaba Cloud technologies, solutions, and services • Responsible for demo development and testing Alibaba Cloud services when necessary • Assisting customers in migrating their existing IT systems to Alibaba Cloud • Output a market insight analysis report of segmented fields based on demand information such as market development trends, market space, core scenarios, and pain points in the segmented fields. • Produce targeted solutions according to customer needs, in the project, develop a correct product selection strategy, POC test strike strategy, bidding & bid strategies, product configuration strategy, etc., achieve contract signing, and continuously ensure the increase of Alibaba Cloud's market share with this customer. • Promote the incubation and replication of public cloud solutions in segmented fields. • Identify and deal with risks of the technology and project during the solution landing process on time, collaborate with the product and delivery teams for normal fulfillment, and achieve revenue conversion. • Accumulate knowledge documentation such as universal cloud architecture templates, best practices, and cases for the segmented fields/scenarios. • Provide presentations, evangelism, and empowerment training for sales teams and eco-partners. • Abstract and summarize product requirements and defects in segmented fields, promote product improvement, new product projects, and major functions launch, and enhance product competitiveness.

You will provide HR Service Delivery design, advisory and support to Ant International in Hong Kong. - Render HR advisory support, lead transformation projects and provide substantial value of efficiency and effectiveness to service deliveries - Oversee the quality of service and deliver HR Operational tasks (including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, assignments, employment visa, employment certification letters, HR queries, benefits and payroll operations) efficiently with high service standard within service level agreements (SLAs) - Identify pain points in a timely manner by undertaking regular reviews and flag out to Team Leader with an alternative / solution and initiate process improvement / enhancement projects simultaneously - Ensure consistency of work and HR service is delivered on a day to day basis - Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by supporting Team Leader & team members - Administering and analyze local benefits, leave of absence (LOA), workers’ compensation processes, reporting benefits plan information to team management and ensures that policies are renewed on time and they do not lapse - Customize engagement campaigns / knowledge sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) that is essential and is valuable for our stakeholders - Value add by ideating solutions and propose effective alternatives to meet different Business Units (BU) requirements - Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors (outsourcing service partners) to achieve seamless and smooth operations
