For our System BA team, we are looking for a Commercial Officer to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. 

You’ll make an impact by
• Make bidding documents - bid, negotiate, calculate, evaluate the commercial terms, list commercial deviations and integrated bid documents.
• Make Offers - ensure the offers in the provision of conditions of sale and checking of calculations. Ensure the completeness of the offer. Ensure company procedures, compliance rules and other legal requirements are fulfilled. 
• Business Negotiation - Proficient in business negotiation skills, flexible to deal with various negotiation situations, able to withstand pressure to ensure the realization of the company's goals.
• Sign the Contract - Prepare Order confirmations and Order processing documentation, checking contractual conditions, and schedules. Sign the contract with customer.
• Order Handover - summarize contract elements and approval reports, handover to project commercial controllers, support creation of SAP production orders.
• Fulfill the Contract - fulfill contractual requirements in form of provision of guarantees, after sales service.
• Data Statistics - Collects information on orders and quoted contracts in the area of responsibility, as well as a summary of contract fulfillment.
• Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
