一、流程体系建设与优化 1、负责梳理、分析、设计并持续优化供应链核心业务流程，包括但不限于：订单管理、需求计划、生产计划、采购执行、物料控制、核价管理、仓储管理及物流配送； 2、建立统一的流程标准、规范和制度，确保流程的标准化、合规化和高效化； 3、主导进行流程绩效评估，识别流程瓶颈和优化机会，并推动改进方案落地。 二、数字化系统规划与实施 主导供应链相关数字化系统的规划、选型、实施及迭代升级，核心系统包括 SCM（供应链管理系统）、ERP（企业资源计划）、SRM（供应商关系管理）、WMS（仓库管理系统）、TMS（运输管理系统）、APS（高级计划与排程） 等。 三、项目管理 1、独立负责供应链流程与数字化相关的项目，制定详细的项目计划，并有效控制项目范围、进度、成本和风险； 2、协调内外部资源（包括IT、业务部门、供应商等），确保项目按时、按质、按预算成功交付。 四、协同与沟通 1、与供应链各职能部门（计划、采购、生产、仓储、物流等）及IT技术团队保持紧密协作，深刻理解业务痛点，精准传递技术价值； 2、具备出色的向上汇报和横向沟通能力，能够清晰阐述项目价值，争取资源，推动共识。
1.SAP Netweaver和HANA技术认证,包括新机型以及年度迭代,包括SD benchmark、PB、ML4、BW4、HCWT等认证项； 2.SAP BASIS解决方案设计与优化,包括云上SAP高可用、备份恢复、迁移、升级等方案设计和实现,官网文档编写与发布； 3.SAP自动化、集成类、监控类方案设计与部分代码实现； 4.日常的SAP Resolve运维，解决客户售后问题以及部分售前的技术支持。
