任职要求
• PhD or master diploma in physics, optical science/engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, electrical engineering, materials science or mathematics. • Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor fab or 5 years related working experience for semiconductor equipment vendor; minimum 2 years working experience in lithographic process and metrology • Have direct experience with ASML DUV,and related applications, able to describe the pros and cons of ASML products • Have semiconductor process & metrology knowledge Skills Strong presentation and communication skills to interface internal (BDM, project leaders, management) and external customers. • Flexible mindset to support various tasks within matrix organization (escalation, NPI, NTP project) • Awareness of ASML way of working to ensure help needed are addressed successfully and efficiently to the right people. • Can work under pressure ( for instance, Averagely, 10% overtime work) Other information • Flexible to travel support customers in China (travel frequency 30%)
工作职责
Introduction to the job Field Application Engineer, base in Beijing. Response for customer process use case support and device performance improvement. Role and responsibilities • Metrology Process Control for both metrology and process improvement including advanced metrology & automation development and data analysis within a holistic scope • Support critical apps escalations from local and drive VHV 3rd line to deliver support on time • Coordinate and introduce ASML new products to the customer and show on-product benefits • Business development support to identify improvement potentials of ASML products to benefit customer. • Engage with ASML D&E and customer R&D team to support NTP for the semiconductor technology solution roadmap definition • Support NTP/NPI project to develop application on new product • Document the structural issues or BKM and rollout to all sites • Be expert in 1 or more competence and help local team grow • Be able to on-call / shift work in customer environment.

As a product engineering group (PEG) member, you will act as a technical liaison between customers and R&D. You will be responsible for: product feasibility study, new feature& improvement request definition, provide technical support to the field application engineers and customers. This role requires the individual to work between various organizations and play a key role in shaping and directing product growth and development. Roles /Responsibilities: 1- Collect product request from external and internal users, write PRD(product request document), cross team communication among R&D team, SQA team and Product team. 2- Perform new functionality feasibility study and prototype testing. 3- Play a key role in product qualification testing and provide evaluation reports based on customer's requirements. 4- Perform world-wide customer support and participate in customer engagement activities, some travel within Asia is required. 5- Create technical documentation for special applications and their best practice usage.
