任职要求
/ Qualifications 
物理、光学、化学工程、电子电气工程、材料科学或数学相关专业的硕士及以上学历。Master’s degree in Physics, Optical Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics. 
具备半导体工艺知识。Solid understanding of semiconductor process knowledge 
具备较强的演讲和沟通能力，能够与内部（BDM、项目负责人、管理层）及外部客户进行有效交流。Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with internal stakeholders (BDM, project leaders, management) and external customers. 
具备灵活的心态，能够在矩阵型组织中支持各种任务（问题升级、新产品导入、NTP项目等）。Flexible mindset to support various tasks in a matrix organization (issue escalation, NPI, NTP projects, etc.).
