Introduction to the job The HR People Ops team could be the best place to start your HR career journey. We are the 1st line to handle HR daily transactions and incoming employee, manager and HR questions cross Asia countries. As an PO intern, you can gain office soft/hard skills and HR knowledge by working with us and utilizing company resources. This is an energetic team with many experts of HR process and system where you can learn a lot and have fun! This job will let you have experience co-work with employees in different countries which can enhance your sense of diversity and embrace different culture. Role and responsibilities Co-work with People Ops Advisor and local HR to conduct the best services for our internal customers. We will need your creativity to think about the best way on how to tackle with administration work; at the meanwhile, you will be given flexibility and prompt support from the team whenever you need a help. Assist in People Operations daily, including prepare softcopy/hardcopy documents, communicate with related stakeholders and deliver the update from/to stakeholders. Manage personal materials and system administration, such as certificate with seal management and talent program system administration. Follow the people operations workflow to support the regular basis or ad-hoc report by request.
1. Participate in the implementation and operation of the company's training programs; 2. Responsible for writing the content of English columns and assisting in topic planning; 3. Assist in the planning, operation and implementation of English-related activities; 4. Responsible for the management and analysis of project data.
1.Global Certification Program Localization & Operations: a.Facilitate the adaptation and implementation of Tencent Cloud’s certification system in international regions (Southeast Asia, Middle East, LATAM, North America, and Europe). b.Coordinate localization processes, including content translation, exam adaptation, and delivery. 2.Partnership Development: a.Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with training institutions, universities, and certification platforms overseas. b.Execute local online/offline certification initiatives to increase user engagement and certification rates. 3.Program Promotion & Ecosystem Collaboration: a.Work closely with global marketing and regional teams to launch certification-driven promotional events (webinars, workshops, hackathons, certification challenges). b.Collaborate internally with product, sales, and ecosystem teams to align certification initiatives with broader business goals. 4.Data Analysis & Strategic Optimization: a.Monitor and analyze regional certification data to refine and optimize market entry and operational strategies. b.Gather user feedback and insights to improve product offerings and operational effectiveness.
1.Analyze new business models or innovative Internet applications, and identify potential growth opportunities. 2.Monitor competitive activities, and develop a deep understanding of consumers' needs, attitudes, and usage of specific Internet services. 3.Provide strategic analyses and recommendations over a broad range of management issues at corporate and business unit level. 4.Participate in annual/quarterly business planning and reviews. 5.Facilitate execution of key initiatives across business units and functions.
