Role and responsibilities Support in event organization, both online and offline activities, e.g. All Employee Meeting, China Leadership Meeting, Annual Dinner, etc. Prepare the materials for ASML China internal communications: draft content, design mailing, translation from English to Chinese and vice versa. ASML leaders’ video shooting and production support. Desk research under given topics. Participate in daily communications and support communications administration. • Research and collaborate cross-functionally to identify topics for weekly internal communications platform distributed at Greater China-wide corporate sites, Retail stores and factories, including product, services and values information for teams • Working in Apple internal platforms to assist with region-wide employee communications from corporate account • Collating video footage and photographs for video projects • Help with design on Keynote for Greater China-wide Town Hall meetings • Coordinate with cross-functional business partners for Inclusion & Diversity monthly events • Leading Volunteering initiatives, coordinating with Volunteer Guides and Champions across GC • Event planning and support for Fireside Chats

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the planning and execution of Tiger Brokers Singapore's client-facing offline events. This role offers hands-on exposure to event management, stakeholder coordination and strategic content planning within a fast-paced professional environment. Beyond the basic supporting of events, the incumbent will also contribute to building, reporting and operational decision-making processes. The role is well-suited for candidates who are keen to gain practical experience through hands-on execution, enjoy contributing collaboratively, are meticulous, able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment and lastly have the flexibility to support events outside regular working hours as required Key Responsibilities - Plan, organise and execute events for clients and prospects. - Collaborate with internal teams to align themes and schedules with strategic objectives. - Act as the on-site operations point-of-contact - coordinate with speakers, trainers, and partners, ensuring smooth event execution. - Maintain, organise and refine event-related SOPs and documentation to ensure processes are scalable. - Collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve events' quality, effectiveness and relevance. - Ensure seminar content complies with regulatory requirements and company guidelines. - Support internal meetings through note-taking, follow-ups and task tracking. - Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks related to event and project execution as needed.

Act as a liaison between the HR and internal teams, with cross functions and different regions, helping to translate strategic direction into actionable plans. Prepare high-quality summaries, reports, and communications for internal and executive-level use. Maintain a pulse on project timelines, risks, and resource needs, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed promptly. Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and execution.
