Introduction to the job Support China Communications’ daily work, including external and internal comms. Role and responsibilities Support in event organization, both online and offline activities, e.g. All Employee Meeting, China Leadership Meeting, Annual Dinner, etc. Prepare the materials for ASML China internal communications: draft content, design mailing, translation from English to Chinese and vice versa. ASML leaders’ video shooting and production support. Desk research under given topics. Participate in daily communications and support communications administration. • Research and collaborate cross-functionally to identify topics for weekly internal communications platform distributed at Greater China-wide corporate sites, Retail stores and factories, including product, services and values information for teams • Working in Apple internal platforms to assist with region-wide employee communications from corporate account • Collating video footage and photographs for video projects • Help with design on Keynote for Greater China-wide Town Hall meetings • Coordinate with cross-functional business partners for Inclusion & Diversity monthly events • Leading Volunteering initiatives, coordinating with Volunteer Guides and Champions across GC • Event planning and support for Fireside Chats
