In-depth knowledge and experience with the Chinese Export Control and Sanctions regulations as well as the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and EU export control regulations is a requirement.
Background in and knowledge of the export control aspects of engineering and software development would be an asset.
Knowledge working in a multidisciplinary environment and in multi-cultural teams.

Introduction to the job The Senior Manager Export Control will be a member of the Export Control & Sanctions team with colleagues located in the US, Asia and The Netherlands, as well as a member of the broader regional Asia Legal & Compliance team. The position reports to the Asia Head of Export Control & Sanctions and has a dotted line to the Head of Legal & Compliance China. This position will contribute to the implementation of the Global Strategy for Sanction & Export Controls and co-develop supporting policies and procedures. Role and responsibilities In your role, you will help to implement policies and procedures in all entities in China to safeguard compliance with ASML’s Global Export Control & Sanctions Strategy, you manage adherence to these policies and procedures, and will work on developing tailor-fit controls in order to assure compliance with dual-use export control laws and regulations of the jurisdictions to which ASML with its business dealings are subjected to. This includes: Monitor development of Export Control & Sanctions regulations in China and timely communicate to management Maintain and improve the Export Control Risk & Compliance Framework, execute and monitor controls in China necessary to ensure compliance Collaborate closely with China Local Parts Solution Center and embed export control checkpoints in various repair processes Manage/oversee export license applications in China, and engage with the licensing authorities where and when necessary Support export compliance improvement processes, monitor and report on status of new projects and work with stakeholders to submit timely status reports Stimulate and establish good working relationships at different levels with relevant departments within ASML by giving trainings and participating in departmental meetings that contribute to increasing awareness and compliance Perform periodic risk assessments including reviews of the impact of new regulations Contribute to periodic reporting on export controls & sanctions to senior management Participate in reviews of export control or sanctions related incidents Risk Mitigation Export Controls & Sanctions You also implement policies to pro-actively manage risk identification for Export Controls & Sanctions and mitigate such risk through refining Export Control Risk & Compliance Framework. Stakeholder Management Together with the team you ensure open and transparent relationships with licensing and enforcement authorities in the jurisdictions in which ASML operates. This includes supporting ASML in governmental audits. You will also establish a strong relationship with ASML employees to ensure cooperation and assistance in the successful implementation of export control related (initiated) projects. You will provide advice on export control risks and controls/measures, and if required, will work closely with external advisors. Advocacy You also represent ASML externally in interest groups, peer meetings and government bodies in China . Through direct persuasion or through business interest organizations, you attempt to influence the actions, policies, or decisions of relevant officials, legislators or members of licensing agencies in written or oral communications. Travel requirements This role will be expected to travel regularly within China and periodically international travels.
Job DescriptionThe Head of China Program is an executive role, effectively serving as the leader of ASML HMI’s business in China and a member of the ASML’s China management team. In this capacity, you will lead the full spectrum of operations and strategy, driving the achievement of ambitious business goals and shaping the future of ASML’s HMI division in China. This role requires an experienced leader who can articulate and reinforce ASML’s mission, values, and strategic direction, while providing management and direction across a dynamic, rapidly evolving market. Reporting directly to the Head of BL Applications, the Head of China Program will oversee Development & Engineering, Advanced Technology Development, Product Management, and Roadmap implementation. You will be accountable for market leadership in e-beam inspection and metrology — covering such key applications as electrical defect and physical defect inspection —spanning the entire installed base in China, new system deliveries, and the development of roadmap products tailored specifically for the China market. Customer engagement is absolutely essential for success in this role. You are expected to establish and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with HMI customers in China, actively engaging with them to understand needs, pain-points, and opportunities for innovation. Your ability to listen, connect, and collaborate will define the effectiveness and reputation of the China Program. Lead strategy execution for the HMI China Program, ensuring delivery of business and technology objectives. Drive the development, deployment, and support of HMI e-beam inspection and metrology products Oversee products spanning the entire installed base in China, new system deliveries, and China-specific roadmap product developments. Oversee research, design, field support, sourcing, and repair/reuse activities to support business continuity and growth. Manage and empower direct reports, including HMI Beijing D&E and a China dedicated Product Team that includes PDM, Product Management, and System Engineering. Champion active customer engagement—building relationships, gathering feedback, and translating insight into product and support excellence. Collaborate closely with HMI Field staff (Sales, FAE, Apps, CS), D&E teams in Taiwan, the ASML China Customer Team to ensure seamless operations and unified strategic direction. Coordinate actively with other BL Applications functions and teams in China, such as MPC and Brion, seeking synergies and shared opportunities to amplify impact across all BL Applications activities. Monitor progress, budgets, and key performance indicators, reporting outcomes to senior leadership. The (Senior) Treasury Manager will be a critical member of the treasury team of Ant International. The role will serve as Treasury subject matter expert and the go-to person for relevant internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will gain exposure to cash management, funding, foreign exchange, financial risk management activities of Ant International, supported by advanced treasury technology and data capabilities. Key responsibilities: 1. Drive design and implementation of comprehensive treasury solutions aimed at supporting the expansion of global businesses and operations, with a focus on foreign exchange, fund plan, cross border settlement etc. 2. Lead and manage negotiations of treasury contracts (credit facility, cash management etc.) with banks and external counterparties, ensuring optimal terms and conditions align with the company's strategic objectives and standards. 3. • Understand business scenarios and design targeted data acquisition solutions, ensuring data is relevant, high-quality, and aligned with project goals. • Architect, design, and maintain enterprise-grade databases, data warehouses, and lakehouse systems to support analytical, operational, and AI workloads. • Model and optimize schema design, storage layouts, data partitioning, clustering, and indexing strategies for large-scale datasets. • Implement and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines feeding data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or open-lakehouse environments). • Design, collect, and maintain high-quality datasets for AI inferencing and LLM model optimization, fine-tuning, and testing, ensuring data is formatted and preprocessed to meet model requirements. • Collaborate with AI application engineers to understand model performance requirements and translate them into targeted data collection and preparation strategies. • Develop and implement automated data pipelines for efficient data processing, including data cleaning, labeling, augmentation, and transformation. • Proactively identify data gaps based on model performance metrics, design solutions to acquire, clean, and optimize data for enhanced model accuracy and efficiency. • Build, clean, and manage diverse data sources, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards. • Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover data patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities, directly impacting model performance. • Continuously learn and adapt to the latest advancements in data engineering, AI, and large language model (LLM) technologies.
In this position you will: Be responsible for the accounting related matters for the Singapore entities within the Lazada Group, focus mainly on cross border logistics and cross border business, and handle other business areas as required. Perform & review the accounting functions within Lazada Group including: Month-end closing, including reviewing accounting entries and accruals Review Balance sheet reconciliation schedules Prepare Balance sheet, profit and loss and reporting packages VAT reporting, withholding tax, transfer pricing and corporate tax reporting Intercompany reconciliation Month vs month analysis of balance sheet and P&L. Ensure local accounting standards application, issue identification and resolution. Work closely with the Shared Services and Outsource team. Work closely with finance business partners to understand the business and review reasonableness of financial statements. Involve and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements. Review vendor aging to ensure existence of liabilities, long overdue are reviewed and followed up promptly. Monthly accruals for expenses that are not recorded via the procurement system. Review reporting packages before submission to Regional. Preparation of annual Statutory financial statements. Assist with audit request during annual financial statements audit. Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period. Subject matter expert for key systems, including suggesting improvement areas and documented the SOP. Understand business and process flows, and impact to financial statements. Participate in projects as required.
