* 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior strategic role.
* Proven versatility – experience across brand, performance, social, influencer, and analytics; comfortable moving between high‑level strategy and hands‑on problem solving.
* Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) – essential for local content creation, influencer negotiations, and market insights.
* Strong understanding of full‑funnel digital marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic).
* Experience working with performance marketing teams (in‑house or agency) and driving data-led decisions.
* Analytical mindset – able to interpret data and turn insights into action.
* Experience in e‑commerce, food delivery, or retail tech preferred.
* Based in Doha or willing to relocate.
