工作职责


We are looking for a versatile, bilingual (English & Arabic) digital marketing leader to drive Keeta Qatar’s digital strategy. This role requires a rounded marketer who can think strategically, collaborate across functions, and adapt quickly. Core expertise must be digital marketing (paid media, social, influencer, analytics), but the ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing brand narrative, merchant co-marketing, and user growth. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Integration
* Define the annual digital roadmap, balancing brand-building and performance objectives.
* Lead the integration of brand campaigns with performance marketing – ensuring consistent messaging, targeting, and measurement.
* Act as the strategic bridge to the centralized performance marketing team: challenge results, guide optimizations, and ensure alignment with Keeta’s local market nuances.
2. Social Media & Influencer Leadership
* Own organic social strategy (Instagram, TikTok, X) – content pillars, community management, and follower growth.
* Lead performance-driven influencer programs (KOLs, KOCs) with clear KPIs (engagement, conversion, CPE).
* Leverage Arabic language skills to develop culturally relevant content and manage local influencer relationships.
3. Merchant Co‑marketing (Online)
* Design and execute joint online campaigns with merchant partners (co-branded ads, exclusive landing pages, in-app placements).
* Use Keeta’s digital assets (splash screens, banners, push) as part of merchant value exchange.
4. Data, Analytics & Experimentation
* Build dashboards to track key metrics (ROI, CPA, CPO, CPE, reach, engagement).
* Lead weekly reviews with performance teams, identifying inefficiencies and testing new channels/creatives.
* Foster a test‑and‑learn culture – small-budget experiments, rapid iteration.
5. Cross‑functional Collaboration
* Work closely with other marketing teams (PR, Brand, C-end, Merchant, D-end) and business functions to ensure digital initiatives support broader company goals.
6. Team & Capability Building
* Manage and mentor a small in‑house team (social, merchant coordination, analytics).
* Short‑term: Serve as the strategic interface to the centralized performance team.
* Long‑term: Build a roadmap to bring key performance marketing capabilities in‑house, increasing Keeta’s self‑sufficiency.
