Introduction to the job The Senior HR Services Representative is a key member of the People Operations TWCNSEA team, serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and employee life‑cycle topics. In this role, you will handle HR inquiries and processes, ensure accurate and timely case resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR services to deliver an excellent employee experience in China. This position requires strong operational HR expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work within global standards while considering local regulations and practices. Role and responsibilities As a Senior HR Services Representative, your key responsibilities include: Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR‑related inquiries, including onboarding, employee life‑cycle events, and general HR policies and processes Resolve HR cases by applying HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations with sound judgment Manage HR cases end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive employee experience Support and guide less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and best practices Identify recurring issues, process gaps, or risks, and actively contribute to process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within People Operations Monitor and contribute to team KPIs, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and support problem‑solving when results are off‑track Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HR Expertise teams, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned and compliant HR service delivery
We seek to hire an HR Manager – Alibaba Cloud, who will be a key member of the growing international HR team supporting Alibaba Cloud’s rapid expansion around the world. Job Description: ● Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc. ● Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region ● Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet Alibaba Cloud's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately. ● Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/ Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees ● Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers ● Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments. ● Undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
You will provide HR Service Delivery design, advisory and support to Ant International in Hong Kong. - Render HR advisory support, lead transformation projects and provide substantial value of efficiency and effectiveness to service deliveries - Oversee the quality of service and deliver HR Operational tasks (including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, assignments, employment visa, employment certification letters, HR queries, benefits and payroll operations) efficiently with high service standard within service level agreements (SLAs) - Identify pain points in a timely manner by undertaking regular reviews and flag out to Team Leader with an alternative / solution and initiate process improvement / enhancement projects simultaneously - Ensure consistency of work and HR service is delivered on a day to day basis - Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by supporting Team Leader & team members - Administering and analyze local benefits, leave of absence (LOA), workers’ compensation processes, reporting benefits plan information to team management and ensures that policies are renewed on time and they do not lapse - Customize engagement campaigns / knowledge sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) that is essential and is valuable for our stakeholders - Value add by ideating solutions and propose effective alternatives to meet different Business Units (BU) requirements - Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors (outsourcing service partners) to achieve seamless and smooth operations

Collecting and consolidating monthly salary data, ensuring the precise and punctual disbursement of salary to international employees in each pay cycle; Compiling and submitting payroll-related reports to the Group finance department on monthly and annual basis; Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage regulatory and internal/external audits and reconciliation; Collaborate with local payroll team in execution of annual payroll budget, performance-related salary adjustments, and bonus allocation etc.; Overseas payroll vendor management, including regularly reviewing vendor performance to ensure the quality and efficiency of payroll services; Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and suggest system enhancements to optimize payroll operations.
