Job Title : Project Management Officer Job Duties: Project Management Officer: Enables, drives and de-risks the Program organization to successfully execute the triple constraint management, PMO processes and the Product Generation Process (PGP); Responsible for the development of the PMO workforce within their respective area of responsibility by demonstrating people leader skills; Drives the improvement of the PM(O) organization, processes and procedures driven by business priorities within their respective area of responsibility. Proactively drives high quality plans (triple constraint accuracy) in complex and changing environments, Reviews and monitors the scheduling architecture based on program needs that enable stakeholders to easily acquire the information about product progress. Defines clear and quantifiable priorities due to the planning of the roadmap or ASML's product strategy and PMO's vision and strategy. Ensures adequate risk assessment of operational risks within the full scope of multiple projects and is able to interpret the results of the risk assessment and ensures mitigation actions are taken. Executive assist Proactively assist senior manager in calendar, planning, logistics, conference and visits by internal/external clients; Take meeting minutes and follow up action items when required. Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion. Prepare presentations, announcement, reports and other business information. Support the expenses reimbursement of senior manager. Support on analytics and reporting tasks as required. Other ad-hoc tasks/ assignments as delegated by Executive.

1、负责城市经营目标的管理,包括目标的预测、制定、拆解、跟踪及复盘; 2、负责城市级会议的组织,战略目标的规划及统筹,追踪与闭环; 3、负责城市经营业务的分析与诊断,业务策略的制定及推动落地; 4、负责城市专项经营业务的分析,并定期出具经营分析报告。
1、负责中东多国履约重点项目的推进及进度管理工作,包括资源协调、进度跟进、过程监控、风险识别等,对项目进度负责。 2、建立标准化协作流程,开发适配中东业务的项目管理手册,明确跨团队协作SOP(如需求提报、决策路径、信息同步规范),提高决策及执行效率 3、搭建中东本地化案例库,设计协作培训课程,为突发项目问题支持与最佳实践调取提供支撑 4、定期分析项目进度与流程瓶颈,通过机制迭代持续优化组织协同效能 5、跨国管理背景下,设计并实施文化适配机制,建立多时区协作规范与本地化合规框架,制定敏感事项预案,保障跨国团队高效协同。 1、Responsible for driving and managing key fulfillment projects across multiple Middle Eastern countries, including resource coordination, progress tracking, process monitoring, and risk identification. Accountable for project timelines. 2、Set up standardized collaboration processes and develop a project management handbook tailored to Middle Eastern business needs. Define cross-team SOPs (such as request submission, decision-making paths, and information sharing rules) to improve decision-making and execution efficiency. 3、Build a local case library for the Middle East and design training courses for collaboration, providing support for handling urgent project issues and sharing best practices. 4、Regularly analyze project progress and process bottlenecks, and continuously improve team collaboration through process and system updates. 5、In a multinational context, design and implement cultural adaptation mechanisms, set up guidelines for working across time zones and local compliance frameworks, and create plans for sensitive issues to ensure efficient teamwork across countries.
