About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Field Marketing Manager to drive market adoption, customer engagement, and business growth for ASML Brion.
The successful candidate will work closely with product management, sales, application engineering, product engineering, R&D, and customers to strengthen market awareness, accelerate adoption, and position Brion products as a critical enabler for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
This role combines strategic marketing, customer engagement, industry ecosystem development, and business growth initiatives within China's fast-evolving semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute field marketing strategies that support Pion business growth and customer adoption.
Identify emerging market opportunities, technology trends, and customer needs in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
Collaborate with product management to translate product vision and roadmap into compelling market messages.
Support annual business planning, market analysis, and growth initiatives.
Customer Engagement & Adoption
Build strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
