任职要求
自动驾驶行为预测系统核心负责精准感知、理解并预判自车周边各类交通智能体的行驶意图与未来行为轨迹,涵盖机动车、摩托车、非机动车、行人等全品类交通参与者。同时,依托智能体行为大模型、VLA视觉语言动作模型及前沿的模仿学习、强化学习技术,打造高适配、高类人化的自动驾驶行为规划能力,让自车决策与行驶行为更贴合人类驾驶习惯与真实路况逻辑。我们的系统以先进深度学习与机器学习算法为核心底座,依托海量真实路测数据完成模型迭代与能力进化。由于真实驾驶场景具备高度动态性,交通智能体行为存在强不确定性、多主体强交互耦合等特点,复杂路况下的交通行为理解、精准预测与智能规划,依旧是自动驾驶领域极具挑战性的核心技术难题。团队核心聚焦前沿算法研发与系统落地,重点攻克以下关键技术与工程问题:1、深耕智能体行为大模型、VLA等前沿多模态技术,结合先进机器学习与深度学习算法,针…
