任职要求
在自动驾驶中,决策控制方向的工作内容包括设计实现自动驾驶系统的决策逻辑和控制策略,例如路径规划、控制等,同时也支持各类为自动驾驶车辆设计的产品功能。其中部分关键的技术挑战如下:【路径规划技术】自动驾驶车辆需要基于地图信息,为决策规划模块提供车道级别的路径规划。在规划过程中需要综合考虑路线长度、路况、行驶难度等多方面信息,并根据实时感知及时调整,保障路线安全、舒适。 【决策推理】需要结合上游感知和预测的信息,针对环境和动态静态交通参与者进行建模,生成数学约束,传递到下游决策规划模块。这方面要求对于交互算法,推理建模,数学优化搜索,机器学习,数据挖掘等方面有比较深刻的理解。【决策规划】负责搭建优化搜索算法,产生数学建模,能够吸收上游对于世界的建模约束,产生符合车辆动力学约束并且舒适高效的轨迹。这方面要求对于优化搜索,规划算法和强化学习reward/cost设计有比较深刻的了解。【open…
