任职要求
1. 计算机或相关专业硕士及以上学历,具有深度学习、计算机视觉、轨迹预测与规划等相关领域的科研和工程经验; 2. 编程基本功扎实,编程风格良好,动手能力强;熟练掌握Python或者C++;熟练掌握至少一种深度学习框架,如PyTorch; 3. 有强烈的自驱力、持续学习的能力以及良好的团队协作能力; 以下为加分项: 1. 在人工智能顶级国际会议/期刊上发表过论文(如CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/ICLR/ICML/TPAMI等); 2. 有优秀的深度学习开源项目,或者作为核心贡献者开发与维护过有影响力的开源项目; 3. 在ACM-ICPC\CCPC等算法竞赛中取得过良好名次; 4. 具有丰富的自动驾驶项目开发与落地经验。
工作职责
深入理解自动驾驶系统从感知预测到决策规划的模块化构建,以海量数据为基石、机器学习算法为工具,设计开发自动驾驶前沿算法,推动解决自动驾驶规模化部署的痛难点。研究方向为智能预测与决策规划(research相关),包括但不限于轨迹预测、基于学习的决策规划、端到端自动驾驶、模仿学习、强化学习、离线强化学习、基于大模型的决策分析等。
