任职要求
1.统招本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业； 2.3年以上信贷反欺诈策略相关经验，熟悉信贷各欺诈场景及控制措施，有风险策略/数据挖掘/机器学习等相关工作经验者优先； 3.熟练使用至少一种分析工具，如SQL、SAS、Python、 R等，熟练掌握数据挖掘/机器学习算法者优先； 4.突出的分析问题和解决问题能力，自我驱动，并且具备较强的学习能力、创新应用能力及沟通协调能力。
工作职责
1、负责多业务线申请流程的欺诈风险防控，能够识别业务申请流程中的核心欺诈风险隐患，并提供解决方案； 2、能够设计授信、交易等场景下的欺诈风险防范框架，并主导策略迭代； 3、具备扎实的量化策略分析功底，保证策略的高效、稳健运行； 4、负责和业务部门沟通，及时了解业务变化情况，能够提前评估潜在风险并做好预案。
