The DiDi International Business Group (IBG) Mobility Marketplace is designed to effi ciently connect riders and drivers while optimizing the overall user experience. The Marketplace Strategy (MPS) team functions as a centralized strategic hub, working in close partnership with regional operations worldwide to deliver data-driven solutions that accelerate business growth, strengthen user engagement and retention, and enhance marketplace effi ciency. Our responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of user behavior and supply-demand dynamics to identify systemic areas for optimization. We design and incubate scalable strategies and develop analytical frameworks to address complex, cross-functional challenges. The team also plays a key role in enabling effective collaboration across Operations, Algorithm, Product, and Engineering functions to ensure seamless strategy execution. MPS initiatives span across fundamental marketplace levers—including dynamic pricing, intelligent dispatching, and incentive design—providing both strategic depth and operational exposure in shaping market-level outcomes and competitive positioning. As the Strategy Operation Analyst for the Marketplace Strategy team, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful governance, delivery, and evaluation of high-impact projects. You will be responsible for establishing structured project frameworks, enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration, and safeguarding execution quality. Your mission is to ensure that marketplace initiatives—from agile pilots to large-scale rollouts—are planned and executed with operational excellence, while continuously optimized through rigorous tracking and evaluation. In this role, you will serve as a key orchestrator and enabler—aligning objectives, timelines, and resources across Product, Algorithm, Strategy Operations, and Regional Operations teams, while ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
1、与国际商业化广告产品/销售团队协调,确保电商广告活动顺利落地且执行,同时持续服务广告投放客户以助力其广告效果和业绩增长; 2、分析广告投放活动效果数据,为广告客户提供深度数据驱动的业务洞察,利用这些洞察优化电商广告产品效果及广告营销推广方案; 3、收集电商广告行业知识及其他媒体平台反馈,进一步指导客户广告策略制定; 4、紧密支持销售团队并与其协作,开展售前调研、媒介投放规划及营销方案宣讲; 5、担任内外部ShopAds广告产品顾问,普及解决方案与最佳实践,最终提升电商广告业务营收规模; 6、主动主导广告产品更新讨论,协同跨职能团队提升内部对ShopAds的专业认知,提炼行业成功案例的具体方法。 1.Coordinate with XFN teams to ensure a smooth and successful eCommerce campaign execution, whilst managing post-sale client relationships to help them consistently grow; 2.Analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our Commerce product & program offerings; 3.Share eCommerce industry & marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy; 4.Closely support and partner up with the sales team on presale research, media planning and pitching; 5.Serve as internal & external ShopAds product consultant to help educate on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow eCommerce book of business; 6.Proactively lead product update discussions, work with XFN to upskill internal teams' expertise on ShopAds.
1. Training Development: · Analyze data skill gaps of the business analysts, product growth staff, and CRM operation staff in the Regional Marketing team based on company strategy and departmental needs. · Design and implement customized data training programs, including onboarding and professional skill enhancement. · Develop data training courses, streamline internal processes and products, and enhance team capabilities by incorporating industry characteristics and data operation scenarios. · Organize global online and offline data training events, track training effectiveness, and optimize for continuous improvement to ensure successful implementation of training outcomes. · Establish a departmental knowledge management system to facilitate experience accumulation and sharing. 2. Global Operations Data Knowledge Base Management: · Develop and implement the framework for the knowledge base on data operations. · Coordinate with internal and cross-team members to integrate and manage content projects. · Maintain and operate the knowledge base to ensure its relevance and accessibility. 3. Data Access Management: · Formulate guidelines for data access management for the Global Operations team. · Collaborate with various business units to manage data products and permissions. · Ensure compliance with data access protocols and facilitate smooth data operations. 4. Project Management: · Participate in and understand the full-cycle management of key projects within the Global Business Analyst team, such as data operations and cross-departmental collaboration projects. · Coordinate and drive efficient collaboration within the team and across teams to ensure timely and high-quality achievement of objectives. · Identify risks and issues during project execution, optimize project management processes and tools, and promote standardized management. 5. Communication and Meeting Management: · Organize and manage regular communication meetings within the global and regional BA team to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and project updates. · Facilitate effective communication between team members and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration and information sharing. · Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress tracking.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will bridge data and business strategy for Antom's Alibaba Group Team. You will monitor performance metrics, forecast trends impacted by regulatory/political shifts, and deliver actionable insights to optimize operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Tracking & Risk Management: Track business volume KPIs, identify deviations, and provide early risk alerts to stakeholders. 2. Regulatory & Political Impact Analysis: Conduct granular analysis of transaction volume changes driven by new regulations, political developments, or macroeconomic factors. Build predictive models for mid-/long-term trends. 3. Business Operations Analysis: Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze profitability, operational efficiency, and market opportunities. Deliver clear, actionable reports. 4. Data Product Development: Define business metrics, document domain knowledge, and collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data products (e.g., Dashboards, Data warehouse tables).

Regional Market Growth Strategy: · Collaborate with regional teams to design and implement sustainable growth strategies that align with global business objectives. · Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges. · Provide strategic recommendations to enhance regional market presence and optimize resource allocation. 3. Strategic Data Analysis and Reporting: · Oversee the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets, including market trends, supply chain resources, traffic and conversion, user behavior, user profiles, etc. · Develop comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights to support market growth strategies and enhance business processes. · Support overseas regional operation teams with ad-hoc data requests and projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 4. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: · Routinely monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. · Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within existing processes and propose improvements. · Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows between business analysts and cross-functional teams. 5. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: · Effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to regional market directors, managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. · Foster strong relationships with HQ and regional teams to facilitate data sharing and feedback collection. 6. Training and Development: · Collaborate with the HQ BI team to design and conduct onboarding training for new regional business analysts. · Organize and host regular cross-regional business analysts' communication meetings to promote knowledge sharing and best practices. 7. Documentation and Process Management: · Maintain detailed documentation of analyses, reports, and process improvements. · Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
