工作描述
岗位职责（具体工作内容） 负责自动驾驶场景理解与规划方向的前沿研究和落地，让车辆在不依赖高精地图的情况下，实时理解当前的道路环境，并给规划模块提供准确、及时的输入。具体包括： - 调研场景理解、预测与规划领域的最新研究，结合系统现状和约束，形成可落地的技术方案； - 设计并实现深度学习模型，用车载传感器等信息源实时构建道路结构、交通信号等环境信息； - 在大规模路测数据和公开数据集上训练、评估模型，主导失效分析，定位模型不足及原因； - 建立评估指标和方法，把感知质量与车辆实际驾驶表现联系起来； - 与感知、预测、规划、地图团队紧密协作，将验证有效的原型接入规…
