● You will shape O2O’s product assortment and seller ecosystem—defining category strategies while partnering with both large and small merchants to deliver a reliable, diverse product catalog. ● Key Responsibilities ○ Define category-specific product pools (fresh, pantry, beauty, FMCG, etc.) and set selection, pricing, and rotation strategies. ○ Curate bestseller lists, seasonal bundles, and scenario-based assortments (e.g., “Family Dinner Kit”). ○ Serve as the primary partner for key account, enabling joint assortment planning, inventory alignment, and promotions. ○ Equip sellers with SaaS toolkits, operational playbooks, training, and performance dashboards. ○ Monitor seller health metrics (stockouts, ratings, fulfillment speed) and drive continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end reconciliation and payment processes with grocery merchants 1.1 Ensure timely billing, issue resolution, and payment cycles 1.2 Track exceptions and work with internal teams and merchants to close gaps 2. Internal Process Optimization 2.1 Map, document, and improve internal workflows related to finance operations 2.2 Identify inefficiencies and propose clear, actionable process improvements 2.3 Coordinate with legal, finance, and commercial teams to ensure compliance 3. Cross-Team Collaboration 3.1 Act as a finance operations liaison between business, product, tech, and data teams 3.2 Support the launch of new merchant models by designing scalable finance ops solutions 3.3 Provide operational insights to support decision-making across functions 4. Product and System Enhancement 4.1 Collect and define business requirements for finance-related system improvements 4.2 Partner with product managers and engineering to co-design billing tools and dashboards 4.3 Drive long-term solutions to recurring operational issues
1. Deep Involvement in Grocery Business Operations: Actively participate in the day-to-day operations of our grocery business, with a primary focus on managing financial projects for merchants; Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize merchant profitability and operational efficiency. 2. Communication with Spanish-speaking Merchants: Engage with merchants in the Spanish-speaking regions to address billing and settlement matters; Provide clear and timely communication regarding financial transactions, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and satisfied. 3. Collaboration with Merchant Management and Product Teams: Work closely with our merchant management and product teams to ensure timely and accurate settlements for all merchants; Assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to billing and financial reporting; Contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes and systems.
