任职要求
1、教育背景：计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、工作经验 •5年以上互联网或企业软件开发经验，至少 3 年客服平台、呼叫中心或即时通讯系统架构经验。 •有 SaaS 多租户系统设计与大规模分布式系统经验。 3、技能要求 •精通 Java / Go 至少一种后端语言，熟悉微服务架构和 API 设计。 •熟悉消息队列（Kafka / RabbitMQ）、实时通信（WebSocket / SIP / WebRTC）等技术。 •掌握 MySQL、Redis、ElasticSearch 等存储技术，具备分库分表与性能调优经验。 •熟悉容器化和云原生技术（Kubernetes、Docker、Service Mesh）。 4、软技能 • 具备跨部门沟通和推动能力，能与产品、业务、运维协作推进复杂项目落地。 • 主动性强、思维清晰、对新技术保持敏锐度，有比较好的快速学习能力。
工作职责
1、平台架构设计与优化 • 主导人工客服平台的整体技术架构设计与演进，包括客服工作台、坐席管理、质检、生产力管理等核心系统。 • 设计高可用、高并发、可扩展的系统架构，满足 SaaS 多租户业务需求。 2、技术难题攻关 • 解决复杂场景下的性能成本优化、稳定性问题、安全合规挑战。 • 在语音、文字、多媒体消息处理等方向，进行技术选型和方案落地。 3、系统集成与生态建设 • 负责客服平台与各类外部系统的集成方案。 • 推进第三方渠道接入（如微信、WhatsApp、邮件、电话系统）的标准化与可配置化。 4、技术引领与团队赋能 • 指导研发团队进行技术实现和性能优化。 • 推动代码质量提升、技术规范制定与落地。 5、前沿技术探索落地 • 跟进大模型在客服领域的应用趋势，助力客服平台智能化落地。
