对MAU负责,围绕用户生命周期制定分层运营策略。通过定价优化和营销活动(如新客补贴,免配政策等),提升新客规模和留存。监控核心指标(如新客数、留存率、N单率等),及时调整策略。 通过竞对调研、用户反馈和数据分析,与产品团队协作优化增长产品能力和流量入口。发掘并推动新的营销玩法及产品能力,持续创新用户增长手段。 熟悉优惠模型与玩法,联动各方团队快速制作落地方案。 协同站内站外各类资源,规划并执行用户透传内容与节奏。
1. Regional Strategy Development - Collaborate with regional teams to develop and refine strategic plans that align with the organization's long-term goals for Digital Goods (DG). - Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors across regions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. - Propose actionable recommendations to address regional challenges and maximize revenue potential. - Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, user growth, and finance teams) to drive business initiatives. 2. Operational Support - Monitor and support the execution of regional operational initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Coordinate cross-market efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive consistency in operations. - Work with country teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and implement best practices. 3. Data Analysis and Insights - Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance metrics across regions to generate actionable insights. - Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess market dynamics and identify growth opportunities. - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to inform decision-making and track progress against goals. 4. Campaign Planning and Coordination - Support regional teams in designing and executing impactful campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and GMV growth. - Ensure campaigns are aligned with market-specific needs while maintaining consistency with overarching strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure resources and deliver campaign objectives effectively.

Build and maintain a core metrics system for user conversion and retention, covering key stages such as user acquisition, first orders, repurchase, and retention. 2. Monitor user behavior, subsidy tool usage, activity conversion paths, etc., in real-time to identify opportunities and risks in operational strategies. Subsidy Strategy Development and Operational Support 1. Based on user lifecycle and segmentation models, develop differentiated subsidy strategies for new users, dormant users, churned users, etc. (e.g., new customer discounts, coupons, cashback vouchers, etc.). 2. Collaborate with the product and B2B operations teams to configure optimal incentive plans, design crowd × tool combination strategies, and improve activation and retention conversion rates. Actively assist the product and research team in optimizing delivery tools and data infrastructure to improve the effectiveness of paid advertising. Strategy Review and Optimization 1. Track the execution results of each subsidy/incentive strategy, providing effect attribution, path analysis, and ROI evaluation. 2. Continuously optimize incentive strategy combinations based on review results, forming standardized strategy evaluation models and strategy documentation. 3. Regularly produce monthly/weekly analysis reports to provide data support and optimization directions for user operations strategies.
The DiDi International Business Group (IBG) Mobility Marketplace is designed to effi ciently connect riders and drivers while optimizing the overall user experience. The Marketplace Strategy (MPS) team functions as a centralized strategic hub, working in close partnership with regional operations worldwide to deliver data-driven solutions that accelerate business growth, strengthen user engagement and retention, and enhance marketplace effi ciency. Our responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of user behavior and supply-demand dynamics to identify systemic areas for optimization. We design and incubate scalable strategies and develop analytical frameworks to address complex, cross-functional challenges. The team also plays a key role in enabling effective collaboration across Operations, Algorithm, Product, and Engineering functions to ensure seamless strategy execution. MPS initiatives span across fundamental marketplace levers—including dynamic pricing, intelligent dispatching, and incentive design—providing both strategic depth and operational exposure in shaping market-level outcomes and competitive positioning. As the Strategy Operation Analyst for the Marketplace Strategy team, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful governance, delivery, and evaluation of high-impact projects. You will be responsible for establishing structured project frameworks, enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration, and safeguarding execution quality. Your mission is to ensure that marketplace initiatives—from agile pilots to large-scale rollouts—are planned and executed with operational excellence, while continuously optimized through rigorous tracking and evaluation. In this role, you will serve as a key orchestrator and enabler—aligning objectives, timelines, and resources across Product, Algorithm, Strategy Operations, and Regional Operations teams, while ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Responsible for the overall strategy and daily operation of various in-platform traffic resources (e.g., banners, prime positions, feed streams, etc.). 2. Collaborate with product, content, design, and other teams to drive content planning and execution for resource positions, improving exposure efficiency and click-through conversion. 3. Continuously optimize resource usage efficiency and maximize traffic ROI through methods such as A/B testing and click-through rate analysis. Self-Owned Traffic Tools Exploration and Operation 1. Build and operate a variety of self-growth tools such as viral growth, incentives, and recommendations to enhance the platform's ability to acquire its own traffic. 2. Develop user engagement pathways and incentive mechanisms for different user scenarios, driving actions such as sharing, inviting, and forwarding. 3. Analyze tool usage data to identify growth bottlenecks and continuously iterate on product features and operational strategies. Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation 1. Establish a core metrics system for traffic distribution and conversion performance, conducting real-time monitoring and attribution analysis. 2. Regularly produce analysis reports on strategy execution, key resource position performance, and user behavior trends. 3. Provide traffic scheduling optimization recommendations based on data insights, and standardize strategies for continuous improvement.
