1. Regional Strategy Development - Collaborate with regional teams to develop and refine strategic plans that align with the organization's long-term goals for Digital Goods (DG). - Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors across regions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. - Propose actionable recommendations to address regional challenges and maximize revenue potential. - Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, user growth, and finance teams) to drive business initiatives. 2. Operational Support - Monitor and support the execution of regional operational initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Coordinate cross-market efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive consistency in operations. - Work with country teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and implement best practices. 3. Data Analysis and Insights - Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance metrics across regions to generate actionable insights. - Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess market dynamics and identify growth opportunities. - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to inform decision-making and track progress against goals. 4. Campaign Planning and Coordination - Support regional teams in designing and executing impactful campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and GMV growth. - Ensure campaigns are aligned with market-specific needs while maintaining consistency with overarching strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure resources and deliver campaign objectives effectively.

This role is responsible for developing sales & financial plans to maximize sales and optimize inventory across various categories and channels. The role requires analyzing data, forecasting demand, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business strategies, sales targets, and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Sales and Financial Planning Develop and manage integrated sales and financial plans, including sales forecasts, margin analysis, inventory targets, and budget allocations to align with business objectives. Ensure alignment between sales projections, financial goals, and inventory optimization strategies. Data Analysis and Forecasting Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to predict future demand and refine product selection. Use insights to drive strategic decisions and improve sales performance. Collaboration and Communication Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (merchandising, purchasing, finance, and sales) to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
