工作职责


Grocery Merchant Operations Senior Manager/国际化外卖商户运营高级经理
工作地点北京

岗位职责:

1. 主要负责滴滴国际化外卖业务-零售外卖业务的商户运营工作,参与或者负责商户入驻对接,在线运营,菜单管理,顾客服务,结算支付,业绩提升等一个或者多个场景的工作,通过参与或者规划商户签约入驻,营销活动,结算支付,确保国际化零售外卖业务在所在市场的商户数量和活跃度。提升商户业绩,通过持续监控数据和运营情况,解决实际日常运营问题,共同为业务核心结果负责。
2. 协助商务团队或参与商户的每日运营状态监控、业绩目标分配,目标达成进度, 营销活动组织和实际运营结果复盘,助力达成业务既定目标。
3. 深入研究当地和国内竞品市场和策略,不断优化商户运营全过程的流程和效率,提升平台服务商户的能力,不断优化商户策略,提高商户业绩。
4.倾听和洞察商户以及商务团队的反馈,发现并解决商户的运营户效率和体验痛点和问题,提升商户运营相关管理工具的效率
5 有市场和竞品分析或商户运营产品需求收集和分析经验,关注细节和商户的体验,跟踪商户全周期管理。

The Senior Category Manager is responsible to develop the overall strategy for a product category and research new product opportunities within the category to drive sale and achieve set targets.
