We are seeking for Java Software Engineers for our Malaysia Tech Center, work on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design solutions involving integration with multiple systems and services. 2. Develop high volume, high performance, low latency and reliable mission critical applications. 3. Write maintainable, robust, and testable code. 4. Perform code and test case review. 5. Implement processes, solutions or tools to improve software delivery and quality. 6. Able to adopt latest software development trends and industry best practices.
1.As the head of operations, ensure warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost metrics meet expectations by effectively managing daily operations. 2.Collaborate with headquarters and regional functions to implement headquarters' standards for the warehouse, optimizing and improving areas such as staffing, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and layout. 3. Develop and implement warehouse operation plans based on customer needs to guarantee service delivery. 4.According to business demands, devise plans for overseas warehouse relocation, transitions, and construction of new facilities, overseeing projects from start to finish. 5. Responsible for the design of supply chain marketing collaboration and sales planning products. By deconstructing traffic and marketing systems, connect business plans and goals with sales planning, marketing, and traffic promotion activities. Translate business objectives into sales plans that provide certainty for inventory planning, ensuring accuracy in sales forecasting and reliability in supply chain replenishment. Design systematic product solutions and establish a structured retail supply chain product system. Based on industry trends and business development goals, design scenario-based marketing tools and supply chain collaboration mechanisms. Drive cross-departmental resource integration to ensure product solutions are effectively implemented in key scenarios such as merchant operations and inventory management. Continuously enhance the certainty of marketing strategies, traffic mechanisms, and the supply chain system. Lead the construction of mid- to long-term product architecture. While ensuring product flexibility, build a scalable platform for supply chain marketing collaboration. Promote data standardization and process automation to develop industry-leading scenario-based solutions.
The Assortment, Content & Ads Governance Team (ACAG team) is part of the Lazada’s Risk and Security, and it is charged with the mission of developing a comprehensive strategy for Lazada with regards to assortment, so as to foster a healthy and safe e-commerce environment for our users. The role is responsible for developing and implementing proactive strategies and operational processes to protect users from Assortment and Content related risks (Prohibited and Controlled Goods, IP infringement products, hate speech etc). You will have access to analytical tools to develop and implement strategies and solutions using data driven methodologies to mitigate the risks associated with platform assortment and content. Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of the eCommerce customer and seller journey, including registration and onboarding, product listing, order placement, payment, user interactions, returns and refunds, user reports and feedback, etc. - Develop subject matter expertise on eCommerce platform operation and governance, where rules, strategies, and enforcements are effectively established to ensure users are compliant with platform policies. - Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance platform policies and operational mechanisms, fostering a collaborative environment to support ongoing strategy refinement. - Work with large data sets to analyze patterns, trends, and modus operandi of platform operation and governance issues (as well as merchants who perpetrate these issues). - Make data-driven recommendations on prioritization of controls for platform governance and product compliance. - Collaborate with PD, Tech, and Algo counterparts to build machine learning models and rules to detect assortment and user related operation and governance issues on the platform. - Operate the risk engine, including the creation and continuous evaluation of rules to prevent and detect platform operation and governance issues. - Capture and communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders through dashboards, periodic reports, and presentations.
