我们正在寻找一位具备平台视角、策略思维和强执行力的平台流量运营负责人,负责 99 平台内核心流量资源的分发与治理工作。你将从平台全局出发,统筹核心资源位的流量运营,通过策略设计、机制优化、规则制定和系统能力建设,持续提升流量利用效率,支持出行、外卖、金融等多业务线增长,同时平衡业务目标与用户体验。 岗位职责 - 负责 99 平台内核心流量资源的整体分发策略与运营管理,覆盖首页弹窗、Banner、金刚位等重点场景。 - 结合平台整体目标及各业务线需求,制定流量分发机制、资源使用规则及治理标准,提升资源配置效率与业务产出。 - 负责乘客端首页改版及新增资源位的运营规划,并与产品、研发、DS 及算法团队协作,推动流量分发能力持续向系统化、自动化升级,包括分发逻辑优化、排序机制迭代和个性化能力建设。 - 建立并完善流量治理体系,包括频控规则、资源冲突管理、跳转逻辑规范及用户打扰控制,在保障业务触达效果的同时保护用户体验。 - 支持大促、重点项目及特殊资源位的流量政策制定、资源协调和落地复盘,推动平台与各业务线形成清晰、可持续的协同机制。 - 带领团队推进流量分发与治理相关项目落地,持续提升团队专业能力与协同效率。
1. 制定销售策略并优化区域划分、客户分层及配额分配机制。 2. 设计并持续优化从线索到成功订阅的销售全流程体系。 3. 建立数据看板,监控销售核心指标并输出预测报告。 4. 开发销售培训体系并设计激励方案提升团队效能。 5. 协同市场、财务等部门确保销售策略高效落地。
• Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within Alibaba E-commerce platforms. • Work with our internal and external partners to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in-country with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes in the markets. • Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience. • A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and drive adoption for BNPL usage. • To plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects with relevant cross-function domains to increase overall reach and visibility of BNPL. • Role also entails day to day operation managements from internal, external stakeholder alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.
• Based on studio business needs, propose and implement studio day-to-day operation processes, and project-manage studio key initiatives • Support the daily management of studio leadership on studio budget planning and resource allocation • Explore methods and tools to increase the studio operation efficiency • Continuously strive to understand our players, closely monitor and analyze market trends, and develop strategies that will benefit game development and studio growth • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to support Riot China studio development and the publishing of Riot China studio developed games
• Ensure that operations in APAC meet desired performance metrics in the region • Serve as Live Operation’s primary representative • Coordinate with game publishing teams to ensure publishing efforts match product deliveries • Create program plans with cross functional teams such as creative, architecture, operations, technical teams, and leadership • Evangelize processes and delivery methodologies to ensure we accomplish our program goals • Facilitate and manage Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large or team-of-team project teams • Organize program-level planning, communication, and team member rituals • Manage risks and issues across programs and within teams • Foster transparency and predictability by building and maintaining roadmaps for assigned programs • Maintain partner relationships, providing visibility into workstreams and maintaining partner satisfaction • Collaborate with multiple operations’ leadership to ensure that our games operate at the same or better level of quality as other regions
