Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Senior Manager, leading Central Operation team who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling, helping the org to translate business needs & requirement into implementation plan, craft business planning, design operational workflow & process and managing stakeholders in related fields, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop tools & mechanisms to improve operation efficiency. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated operation & implementation experience and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of program management, leading business initiatives, building SOP/tools, and turning data into insights.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Partner with the AGL Sales Managers in building the sales team level sales tactics, goals and mechanisms • Lead the Rhythm of Business for support sales team have a deep understanding of business metrics to provide recommendations and guidance to the managers • Develop a robust metrics to monitor the performance and execute on initiative to drive efficiency improvement • Assist Sales Managers in forecasting, pipeline management and reviews • Generate ad hoc and monthly recurring analyses for goal tracking and operational performance
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Enablement Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operation and product operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. This role is critical in supporting our regional team's success by providing sales insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Optimization: a. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. b. Develop and maintain sales policies, procedures, and best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless integration and alignment. 2. Sales Tools optimization and management: a. Work with regional teams to provide sales performance related data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. b. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key sales metrics. 3. Sales Enablement: a. Develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the local partners. b. Ensure that sales tools, systems, and resources are effectively utilized to support the sales process. c. Collaborate with product team to align sales strategies with product roadmaps and go-to-market plans. 4. Project Management: a. Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to sales operations, ensuring timely and successful delivery. b. Coordinate with IT and other technical teams to implement and optimize sales-related systems.
- Manage FBA PM team which cover topics including business trend, program operations, and product management. - Identify opportunities across the Global Selling Seller segments and life cycle, build up new products/services to help the growth of Global Selling sellers, define go-to-market strategy and drive the success of the products. - Clearly define and communicate product requirements, gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners. - Own the CN to worldwide logistics product design and development. Work with CN tech teams and global tech teams to improve product features. - Lead and develop a team composed by product manager, program manager, carrier manager, and sales ops to accomplish product launch and adoption goals.
