• Based on studio business needs, propose and implement studio day-to-day operation processes, and project-manage studio key initiatives • Support the daily management of studio leadership on studio budget planning and resource allocation • Explore methods and tools to increase the studio operation efficiency • Continuously strive to understand our players, closely monitor and analyze market trends, and develop strategies that will benefit game development and studio growth • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to support Riot China studio development and the publishing of Riot China studio developed games

We seek to hire a legal counsel/senior legal counsel of commercial legal who will be a key member of the growing legal team supporting AliExpress consumer facing e-commerce platform and services in the European Union, the UK and other markets, with a expected focus on certain markets (eg Eastern Europe) as well as support on certain EU-wide compliance (in particular DSA related). The attorney will be based in our Hangzhou main office or in one of our European offices (with a strong preference for Warsaw, Amsterdam or Madrid). The key areas and requirements that we are looking for are those listed below: Primary Responsibilities * Reporting to Head of Legal for Europe, AliExpress, advise on legal aspects of the platform’s international expansion of current and proposed new e-commerce offerings. * Provide advice to business teams on legal aspects of the implementation of commercial agreements, business models and strategies, business operations, marketing activities, and product offerings. * Research local laws and regulations in the local jurisdictions and manage outside counsel. * Support on regulatory enquiries and other requirements, including but not limited to Requests for Information (RFI) under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) or other legislation. * Provide advice on platform compliance, product listing compliance, local and cross border logistics, import/export, payment acceptance, antitrust and/or unfair competition matters. * Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and commercial agreements. * Develop in-house legal tools and policies, and conduct trainings to business units.

As part of the Alibaba International Digital Commercial Digital Credit Team, you will be responsible for the continued business growth of BNPL and the main person in charge in the markets. This position is based in Hangzhou, China. • Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within Aliexpress. • Work with our partner(s) to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in Mexico and Brazil with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes regionally or globally. • Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience. • A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and convert Aliexpress BNPL users. • Role also entails day to day operation managements from external alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.
