1. Act as the country product business partner role in the product team, deeply involved in the entire process of product requirement management, launch introduction, benefits review, and feedback improvement. Provide product solution services to business teams in different countries to support business success. 2. Proactively identify potential opportunities and issues for the business teams through market research, user research, metric construction, and user feedback mechanism development. Drive closed-loop improvements between the product and business teams to enhance user experience. 3. Facilitate effective cross-national (and cross-time zone) communication and collaboration, establish and maintain long-term trusted relationships, and develop appropriate collaboration mechanisms. 4. Integrated Growth Marketing: Own end-to-end collaboration with User Growth and Marketing teams. Align on major campaigns and resource allocation, and co-create data-backed merchant acquisition and growth strategies that deliver commercial impact. Operational Excellence & Product Synergy: Drive optimization of core commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities that build merchant-centric capabilities and streamline the onboarding journey. Analytics, Enablement & Execution: Oversee sales data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. Ensure follow-through on key initiatives, provide robust data support to the commercial team, and develop training programs to elevate team capabilities.
Location:北京市 或者上海市 - Support regular strategic planning and business reviews for International Business Group (IBG) across key markets (Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Japan, etc.) - Act as Strategy BP and drive strategic projects and analyses for IBG leadership group, incl. topics in tech / AI strategy, user growth, etc. - Conduct market analysis and strategic scan for new market opportunities globally - Co-define KPIs and targets for regions based on strategy planning together with Finance Planning & Analysis team
