工作职责
1. 负责滴滴国际化外卖业务-即时零售的商户入驻管理和运营工作,参与或者负责商户入驻外卖平台的技术对接、在线运营监控、业绩提升等一个或者多个场景的工作,通过参与或者规划商户入驻管理和运营,为平台商户或者第三方合作伙伴提供技术集成方案,确保高效的接入,助力国际化零售外卖业务在所在市场的商户数量和活跃度。 2. 协助商务团队参与商户的入驻对接技术方案设计、讲解、维护并及时更新技术文档,为商户和相关合作方提供培训和技术支持,熟悉HTTP协议及接口集成,具备良好的技术文档阅读与撰写能力,对商户的每日在线运营状态进行监控,提升商户业绩,通过持续监控系统稳定性和运营情况,解决实际日常突发情况和运营问题,当有突发情况发生,能快速定位并解决技术问题。 3. 与商务、运营及市场团队紧密合作,关注商户入驻对接流程的痛点和难点,持续提升商户入驻对接的效率,助力达成业务既定目标。深入研究海外和国内竞品市场和策略,不断优化商户入驻流程和效率,提升服务商户的能力,开展行业研究并提供海外市场本地化洞察。 4. 倾听和洞察产研团队,商务团队,商户和相关合作方的反馈,同产研团队紧密合作,拆解商户入驻的产品解决方案,发现并解决商户入驻对接和在线运营的卡点,提升商户运营相关管理工具的效率。 5. 有市场和竞品分析能力,有商户入驻对接,商户在线运营的产品需求收集和分析经验,关注入驻对接细节和商户每日在线运营系统稳定性监控,助力达成业务既定目标。

Key Responsibilities: 1. Understand functional and non-functional requirements of software product, design quality assurance and testing strategies for various different products. 2. Contribute to the planning and construction of a product system architecture, assess risks, resolve the design’s testability and address the system stability. 3. You will be the strategic owner of the partner operations management, partner service solutions and drive operational excellence, co-create value, and enhance the overall client experience through our partnership ecosystem.
