What You'll Do Merchant Operations: Work closely with commercial teams to identify key operational opportunities and reduce defects, driving continuous improvement across the merchant base. End-to-End Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery, using structured project management methods to plan & execute key projects idenpendently toward clear business goals. Problem Solving: Identify root causes of risks and opportunities, develop multiple actionable solutions, and evaluate tradeoffs to recommend the best path forward. Process Optimization: Execute, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes — establishing standardized workflows that improve team efficiency and are regularly reviewed for performance. Product & Tool Development: Identify merchant needs and pain points; partner with product and Product teams to support the implementation from merchant/sales-side tools and capabilities that improve online operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial teams to understand pain points and identify system and process improvements with local & global team members.
● You will shape O2O’s product assortment and seller ecosystem—defining category strategies while partnering with both large and small merchants to deliver a reliable, diverse product catalog. ● Key Responsibilities ○ Define category-specific product pools (fresh, pantry, beauty, FMCG, etc.) and set selection, pricing, and rotation strategies. ○ Curate bestseller lists, seasonal bundles, and scenario-based assortments (e.g., “Family Dinner Kit”). ○ Serve as the primary partner for key account, enabling joint assortment planning, inventory alignment, and promotions. ○ Equip sellers with SaaS toolkits, operational playbooks, training, and performance dashboards. ○ Monitor seller health metrics (stockouts, ratings, fulfillment speed) and drive continuous improvement.

1. Responsible for the development and operation of regional chain brands, driving user acquisition and scale growth for assigned brands, leading the team to execute the company's sales strategies, and achieving performance targets. 2. Promote deep collaboration between regional chain brands and the platform in areas such as brand marketing, promotional activities, and user operations, enhancing the partnership and stickiness between the brands and Keeta. 3. Based on the characteristics of the food and beverage industry, develop a deep understanding of categories and brand operation models, identify business development opportunities, and formulate tactical plans covering (but not limited to) growth, marketing, user experience, and membership programs to strengthen Keeta’s influence within the industry. 4. Establish strong communication with the delivery department, acting as a bridge between brands and the platform’s delivery operations, and work collaboratively to continuously optimize the brand delivery service experience. 5. Fully leverage personal work potential, gather frontline marketing information, user feedback, and local market dynamics to provide valuable insights and references for the company's decision-making.
