工作职责
1）探索与落地前沿 AI 应用： 参与业务相关 AI 项目的开发与落地。结合具体业务场景与大模型（LLM）能力，产出智能化策略；协助搭建及优化相关 AI Agent，探索并实现数据分析与业务流程的自动化提效。 2）核心指标监控与异常诊断： 支持配送体验、履约效率、供需关系等核心指标的日常监控，精准识别数据异常波动，并协助进行初步的归因与分析。 3）深潜专题分析与策略赋能： 参与深度的业务专题分析，包括体验指标拆解、业务链路分析、异常归因挖掘以及业务策略的评估反馈等，为业务决策提供数据支撑。 4）数据资产与分析基建维护： 协助维护日常数据分析看板、底层数据表及核心指标口径，保障数据准确性，持续提升团队的整体分析效率。 5）日常数据支持与资产沉淀： 支持业务日常的取数需求与数据核对，并做好分析方法、业务知识的文档沉淀工作。
Business Analysis & Reporting • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to support decision-making across departments. • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders. • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance. Data Pipeline Development: • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and other relevant technologies. • Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and efficiency. Data Governance & Quality: • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through data profiling and cleansing processes. • Collaborate on data governance initiatives to establish standardized data practices. • Monitor and improve data quality to support accurate business decision-making. Business Intelligence & Visualization: • Develop interactive data dashboards and reports using BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support business reviews and technical monitoring. • Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Data Support & Troubleshooting: • Manage and prioritize data support requests from business and product teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency. • Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies. Data Integration: • Design and build scalable data integrations to support business needs. • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain high-volume inbound and outbound integrations. Collaboration: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

1、参与海外外卖业务的订单分析、骑手分析、履约分析等，为产品和策略制定提供有效的数据支持； 2、进行AB实验方案设计、数据解读等工作，用科学的方法推动产品迭代； 3、在专项分析中，对问题进行诊断拆解，形成报告； 4、对海外外卖业务进行指标建设和异动监控，及时发现并诊断问题
1、负责滴滴海外外卖业务的经营分析工作； 2、理解商业本质和业务逻辑，搭建业务监控和分析体系，定义业务指标体系，跟进目标、策略的执行情况； 3、根据业务发展需要，输出特定的专题分析，提供及时有效的分析结果和策略方案，并寻找合理的业务的增长机会或者亟待解决的问题； 4、有机会在外卖业务的商家、用户和骑手履约多视角获得商业理解和分析实践机会
